Navasi, Freelance Captain |
"There was a saying on Absalom station my folks loved -- 'When all you get is yellowfruit, make yellowfruit juice.' - I think you should do that." Navasi begins. "You've been living here for a few years, brought it back up to snuff with careful and methodical ways that were keeping in the nature of your local customs. I'm PRETTY sure that the Starfinder Society, given their personnel resources of late would be more than willing to ask y'all to stay on-base as 'on-site consultants' or something crazy along those lines. What would your people like to do?"
Id-Sinitis |
Id nods. I’d do you all one better and suggest you join the Society yourselves! We are in desperate need of new agents, and I think you’ll find the opportunity to explore new worlds and experience new faiths to be quite stimulating.
GM Kate |
"You mean, we could join the Society? We could be Starfinders?"
They look at each, astounded by such a thought.
Diplomacy check, please!
Raia Danvirri |
Diplomacy Aid another: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (2) + 7 = 9
"Well we can't really say for sure as we don't have that authority. But we can definitely bring it up to our Superiors."
Id-Sinitis |
Diplomacy (aid): 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (7) + 8 = 15
Why not? We need agents, and you already have the chops to get an old lodge up and running again all on your own!
Navasi, Freelance Captain |
Diplomacy(Aid or Lead, whichever is clever): 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (5) + 9 = 14
"Yes! Anyone can be a Starfinder if they want to be. As Id said, the Society is lacking some person-power at the moment, and your insights would be appreciated and accepted! Navasi offers brightly and hopefully.

Suulhu-Huur chimes in, "Yes, you can see how Starfinders take care of each other. We have have each other's backs!"
The morlamaws wave their flippers around excitedly. "Hooray! We will join the Starfinder Society!"
Well done, folks!
You defeated Oshessa and retook control of the Lodge, which is the primary success condition. You saved Suulhu-Huur, which is the secondary success condition. And, you both found the results of the geologic survey showing the clophirium deposits, and convinced the morlamaws to join the Society, which gets you the additional Wayfinder reputation.
But because you convinced the morlamaws to join the Society, you earn a very special boon: you can play a morlamaw! It takes some unlocking: you need to reach Tier 3 as a Wayfinder or Tier 4 as anything else before you can start your morlamaw. The playable race statistics are included as a supplement to your chronicle sheets.
I'll get your chronicle sheets done tomorrow evening when I'm home from the con.

Wayfinders for the win! Thanks for running, Kate!
Obo Za-Ya |
Obo thrusts her fist into the air and slams her armor-clad tail on the deck plates. Her toothy grin is easily mistaken for something more sinister, until someone from her team (presumably Vixi) hurriedly explains that, no, the big lizard lady isn't going to eat them but is in fact sharing their joy and excitement.
Thanks so much for running this for us Kate. It's well written and fun, and was a joy to participate in.
Vixi Trixen |
"Don't worry about Obo." Vixi reached up to casually pat the towering warrior on the back, "She's really a big sweetie once you get to know her. That's her happy face!"
Agreed! Tons of fun - Thanks so much for running!
