Krissina gets back to her feet, still a little unsteady. While backing away from the goblin (if it's even still alive after Halvor's attack she then moves around to engage Tsuto. "哀れなガキ"

Halvor's combat training takes over, and muscle memory replaces conscious thought. With an expertly formidable swing, the warrior neatly severs the goblins pumpkin-shaped head from its shoulders. The still-grinning head arcs through the air, landing sideways amid the still-burning debris on the workbench to the right.

In the loading room, the goblins stymie Kyrian's attempts to slay them, but Cerin's sickle rips open the gut of one of the goblins on him. The goblin drops its blade in a vain attempt to push hits is intestines back into its abdomen, but it then collapses to the floor.

Seeing two more of their own go down, the remaining three goblins look at each other and gibber in their nonsensical language.

"Zaxat lop dit-dat! Zo deinkupp oaxal ridd bargle jun-jun! Rot nud-nud!

Goblin:
"Oh no! It's those scary longshanks that stopped the raid! Run!"

The remaining goblin fighting Cerin lifts the bar that bolts the loading room doors from the inside, and pushes them open. The three remaining goblins scramble past you and each other to make a run for it!

Note that the fleeing goblins are technically still on the map, but they are out of sight from within the Glassworks. I'll track them for a bit in case you decide to try to chase them down.

Lynnda's cat yowls as it contines to cling to Tsuto's shoulders, scratching and biting him. Ignoring Krissina's taunt, Tsuto attempts to grab the animal, but it manages to evade his grasp. He staggers away from Krissina, with Shadow clinging on. Tsuto's face is crosshatched with dozens of red streaks.

Cerin's subconscious picks up on the goblin's shouts as they flee and he thinks absent-mindedly Strange, I think I almost understood a few words of that, the syntax of Goblin is somewhat similar to Dwarven... as he runs into the next room.

Upon seeing Lynnda lying motionless in a pool of blood on the floor, he raises his hand and his birthmark glows. "By the god of wind and waves, you shall not depart for the afterlife this day!" he shouts.

After her bleeding stops and her breathing eases into a normal rhythm, he glares at Tsuto and raises his scimitar menacingly as he starts across the room...

Male Human Techie 2 / Bureaucrat 6

At Cerin's prayer to Gozreh, his hand glows with the warmth of a summer day. He presses it to Lynnda's injured face, and the bleeding immediately stops. Her breathing strengthens noticably.

Shadow leaps from Tsuto's face, landing gracefully beside her master. The cat looks at Cerin and nods. "Mrrow!" The animal then crouches defensively on his master, facing Tsuto, its eyes narrow and ears folded back. Her tail swishes rapidly in agitation.

With Shadow's distraction gone, Tsuto easily evades Halvor's sword.

GMPC for Krissina...
Sneering at Tsuto, Krissina chooses her words carefully and hisses, "あなた病気野郎!!"

"You sick bastard!"

Stepping over the corpse of a fallen goblin, Krissina then engages Ameiko's half-brother with her morningstar.

Attack with morningstar: 1d20 + 1 - 2 ⇒ (9) + 1 - 2 = 8 ...miss

Continuing to ignore the redhead and her taunts, the half-elf turns his attention to Halvor. He starts to set up a roundhouse kick, but shifts suddenly and throws a lightning-fast punch with his left.

Halvor fails to notice the punch coming out of the blue, but Tsuto's blow is still deflected by the warrior's shield.

As Kyrian moves past the two unconscious goblins lying on the floor, he notices that they are starting to stir. He takes the opportunity to cut the throat of one of them, removing one more goblin from the world.

Note: The goblin that had first been dazed was then knocked out by Lynnda's color spray, and is lying on the floor. Both goblins are helpless; you can add your sneak attack damage to any normal attack. Our you could coup de grace as a full-round action.

Am I still going to be able to coup de grace the other one before it's turn? If so, that's what I'll do.

Your humble narrator

@ Kyrian: The goblin is blinded, stunned, and prone. None of these conditions explicitly state that someone in that condition is helpless, but I will say that a blind, stunned, and prone goblin is "completely at [your] mercy," and is indeed helpless.

You my coup de grace as a full-round action, or take a standard action to make a regular attack (which would allow you to also take a move or move-equivalent action). If you take a regular attack, the goblin is denied its Dex bonus (meaning you get sneak attack damage), and in addition it takes a -8 penalty on its AC. (In other words... don't roll a '1' on your attack.)

@Krissina: You are no longer sickened.

Halvor steps to the side, his back pressed against a purple-and-blue stained-glass window depicting the Night Monarch, Desna's herald. Tsuto expertly dodges Halvor's thrust.

Standing beside the prone Lynnda, Cerin chants an invocation of the power of the Wind and the Waves. A small gray-black raincloud appears above Tsuto's head, drenching him with rain. A crack of miniature lightning strikes the half-elf's head, and the sharp peal of its thunder sounds like a firecracker exploding in the room.

Krissina continues to press her attack with her morningstar, but the nimble half-elf blocks the strike with his left arm.

Displaying the astounding grace of a professional acrobat, Tsuto unexpectedly dives to the floor, somersaulting under the flaming table, ducking both Halvor's blade and Krissina's morningstar. On the other side of the table, he stands briefly but then dives again, executing a perfect handspring that evades Cerin's scimitar. Before Kyrian can react, he backflips past the other half-elf, finding footing amidst the pile of dead goblins.

Striking the defensive pose of a master martial artist, he grins smugly at Kyrian. He beckons with his right hand. "So... what'cha got?"

Tsuto successfully executes an acrobatic double move.

Cerin's miniature storm mostly puts out the burning rags and papers on the workbench.

Krissina kneels beside Lynnda and invokes the spirit of flames to magically close the sorceress' wounds. The bruising on Lynnda's face subsides a bit, but she remains unconscious. Lynnda's cat sits stiffly beside its master, looking at Krissina with an almost pleading expression on its face. "Mrrow?"

Halvor closes with the acrobatic half-elf, cutting his sword in a shallow arc in the confined space. Tsuto dodges Halvor's blade, but in his concentration on Halvor, he takes his eyes momentarily off Kyrian. Seeing an opening, Kyrian stabs with his dagger, catching the other half-elf in the side of his chest. The cloth of Tsuto's tunic turns a deep red around the area.

At that time, the miniature stormcloud following Tsuto around the room blasts him with sleet and wind.

Posting from my phone. I'll post a real update this afternoon.

Your humble narrator

With the tiled floor littered with broken glass and goblin corpses, and slick with goblin blood, the loading room is now difficult terrain. I'm going to say that opening or closing an unlocked door takes 5 feet of movement. I have adjusted a few tokens accordingly.

Cerin: Tsuto went through the door to the northwest. I repositioned your token there.

With the unexpected retreat of Tsuto, everyone runs back into the corpse-strewn loading room. Picking your way carefully over the dead goblins, broken glass, and pools of blood, you all stand defensively by the door to the northwest. Seeing no obvious signs of anything being out of place, she shuts the door, and heads south into the main Glassworks building. Finding herself before several closed doors, she throws open the double doors, revealing a long corridor.

Halvor and Cerin race down the stairs, finding themselves in a basement. The main corridor heads southwest, following the direction of the stairs. Upstairs

In the glassworks workroom, Lynnda crouches next to Kyrian, feeling for his pulse, and then realizes that he's lying atop a dead goblin. Using her shortspear, she sweeps off the smouldering debris from the workbench (including a goblin's severed head), and then lays out a mostly-clean tarp over it. With a struggle, she lifts Kyrian off the floor, laying him on the table. She then looks around at the scene of depraved carnage in the room and shudders. She finds it hard to take her eyes off the horrific "sculpture" of the elder Kaijitsu. Holding Shadow in her arms close to her chest, she mutters, "He may have been an @$$h0le, but no one deserves that."

Krissina: The double doors you indicated opened into the hallway I described earlier, but I didn't have time to bring in an updated map. I'll say you opened the next door instead

After looking down the long corridor illuminated by a pair of lit torches, Krissina throws open the door to her south. Beyond is a dark room. Some light from the moon streams through the windows, showing several chairs, a low table, and a chalkboard hanging on one wall. A door in this room leads southwest.

Krissina: It's night, about 8:00. Parts of the Glassworks are illuminated by torches, while others are not. Are you bringing a light source?

If you have a light source:
The chalkboard lists some major orders that have come in and production scheduling ideas. Scribbled over the scheduling information are crude chalk drawings of goblins burning houses and cutting off the heads of people, horses, and dogs.

Male Aasimar (of gnomish stock) Druid 5 , Init: +1, Perception +12 w/60 ft Darkvision, HP: 38/38, F:+6, R:+3, W:+9, AC/T/FF: 19/13/17, CMD: 15, Stormburst 7/7

Cerin rushes up to Halvor, taps him on the arm and puts his finger to his lips to warn him to be quiet. He points ahead down the hallway and mimes the rapid-fire unarmed fighting style of their foe, then motions for him to wait. Creeping down the hall, Cerin strains to catch more sounds to try to pinpoint the vile half-elf.

Stealth: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (4) + 5 = 9
Perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

Male Human Fighter 2; Init +1, Per +1; AC 21/12/19; HP 14/22 F+5, R+1, W+2 (+3 vs Fear)

Halvor, catching on to what Cerin is suggesting, remains perfectly still so his walking arsenal doesn't clank any further as he sees the druid creep off.

Your humble narrator

GM only:
Intimidate (Tsuto) (DC 15): 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (8) + 6 = 14
Perception (Tsuto): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16
Perception (Cerin): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17

Halvor stands perfectly still as Cerin creeps down the corridor.

Cerin only:
The faint rumble of the furnace is the only sound he can hear for a long moment... until he hears the sound of the muffled woman's voice again. It sounds like she's gagged. He hears another whispered, "I said 'Quiet!'" followed by another slap, followed by the sound of a body falling to the floor. The sounds appear to be coming from the door at the end of the corridor.

As Cerin's blood boils with rage and contempt for Tsuto, he steps on a loose brick, which crunches under his boot.

Round 13

Everyone please declare your actions.

Cerin grimaces in embarrassment. Why not just sing out as you stroll along the corridor? You're getting sloppy in your old age...

He waves Halvor forward and hurries to the door, pushing it open while standing to one side as he points his friend to move to the opposite, anticipating a trap.

Krissina continues to move through the Glassworks, while not being expressly noisy she's not too concerned about stealth. There was plenty of noise during the battle that it should have drawn any more goblins to it.

Male Human Fighter 2; Init +1, Per +1; AC 21/12/19; HP 14/22 F+5, R+1, W+2 (+3 vs Fear)

Halvor quickly bangs and clanks his way to the opposite side of the door, nodding to Cerin as he positions himself.

Would Kyrian have been woken up if Lynnda had picked him up like that? Just curious.

Your humble narrator

Kyrian: An unconscious but stable character being tended by someone wakes up in an hour in a disabled state.

Krissina: You're no longer in combat time.

Upstairs

Lynnda continues to stand watch over Kyrian. The only sound she hears is the rumble of the Glassworks furnace. She checks his pulse, and says to her cat, "I hate to stay in here, but the warmth of this room is probably best for him." She then starts going through the pockets of the dead goblins, looking for any clues as to why they had been here... and also for any valuables.

Lighting a torch, Krissina continues to explore the Glassworks.

Krissina only:
Passing through the door in the meeting room, you find yourself in a large dining room, presumably where the factory workers would eat their meals. The room is ransacked: tables and chairs are overturned, and there are several blood splatters on the walls and floor. Doors off this room lead to a kitchen and a pantry. Both of those rooms have been torn apart. Chicken bones and discarded vegetable rinds litter the floor of the kitchen. The pantry contains several empty and broken crates, barrels, jars, and sacks of various foodstuffs, but all of the food itself is missing, save for a sack of flour that was torn open and kicked around the room. A broken dogslicer is discarded next to a smashed-open box. Back in the dining room, another door leads to a washroom and a toilet, both of which are fouled with urine and excrement in the sink, tubs, walls, and floor. Two other doors remain unexplored.

I'll update the main floor map sometime soon.

Stealth (Tsuto): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19
Perception (Cerin): 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Perception (Halvor): 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 1 = 11

Cerin pushes open the door, revealing a storeroom. An oil lamp sits on the floor in the northeast corner, providing illumination. Lying on the floor against the far wall is a woman, seemingly unconscious. Her hands and feet are bound, and she's gagged. It takes a moment to recognize her in this state, but this woman is Ameiko Kaijitsu.

Cerin only:
In the darkness, you can discern that there is something or someone hiding in the shadows behind a large crate just west of where Ameiko is lying.

Halvor and Cerin each still have a standard action they can take this round.

Grand Lodge

Male Aasimar (of gnomish stock) Druid 5 , Init: +1, Perception +12 w/60 ft Darkvision, HP: 38/38, F:+6, R:+3, W:+9, AC/T/FF: 19/13/17, CMD: 15, Stormburst 7/7

Cerin yells "Come out from behind that crate and give up! Or are you determined to die?" as he calls up another small storm to batter the hidden figure.

Stormburst: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 2 = 21 ranged touch attack
1d6 ⇒ 5 nonlethal damage & -2 to attacks for 1 round

"This is going to have one expensive cleaning bill." Krissina mutters, more to hear the sound of her own voice and push her fear and disgust back down to the pit of her stomach.

Male Human Fighter 2; Init +1, Per +1; AC 21/12/19; HP 14/22 F+5, R+1, W+2 (+3 vs Fear)

Halvor advances on the half-elf, seeing the mini-stormcloud swirling over him. He stops next to Tsuto, setting himself between the man and Ameiko.

Gonna go into the room and plant myself between Tsuto and Ameiko. Please move me, since I am at work.

Your humble narrator

Downstairs

Cerin's celestial vision makes out Tsuto hiding behind a cabinet, apparently lying in wait for someone to examine his unconscious sister. Summoning the forces of nature, another tiny stormcloud appears over Tsuto's head, drenching him with ice-cold rain and buffeting him with blasts of wind.

Halvor, sword drawn and shield braced, rushes into the room, now aware of the half-elf's location. He notices an empty glass vial lying on the floor near Ameiko.

GM only:
potion of cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
Tsuto's status: hp 31/31; 8 nonlethal
Flurry of blows #1: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (14) + 4 - 2 = 16 ...miss
Flurry of blows #2: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (20) + 4 - 2 = 22 ...crit threat
Confirm crit?: 1d20 + 4 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 4 - 2 = 20 ...yes
damage: 2d6 + 2 ⇒ (6, 5) + 2 = 13 ...overruling

Leaping from his hiding place, Tsuto surprises Halvor with a ferocity he hasn't yet shown. He punches Halvor hard in the chest, but the blow is deflected by the warrior's armor. But then he unexpectedly kicks upward, smashing his foot into Halvor's jaw.

Halvor: Take 10 hp damage from a critical hit.

Meanwhile, upstairs...

In the glass studio...

Rifling through the goblins' pockets, Lynnda finds a few coins, some disturbing shamanistic fetishes, and two pouches made of leaves containing a greasy paste that smells of wintergreen.

Knowledge (arcana): 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19

The sorceress recognizes this as a Varisian healing salve. She tastes it to make sure, and then takes it to Kyrian. She smears the salve on Kyrian's wound, and the alchemical remedy seems to take immediate effect. As the alchemical remedy soaks into Kyrian's wounds, he stirs and opens his eyes. As Kyrian wakes up, Lynnda notices Tsuto's shortbow still lying on the floor near the "sculpture" of his father.

Kyrian gains Fast Healing 1 for: 1d4 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5 rounds

Kyrian's status: hp 0/9; conscious and disabled

Kyrian: You will remain disabled until your hp are positive... which will be next round.

In the dining room...

Krissina opens one of the doors in the southwest wall to find a darkened corridor. There are reddish-brown footprints and streaks that lead down the corridor; Krissina gasps when she realizes that the stains are made of half-dried blood. Several doors open from the corridor.

She then opens the other door to a scene of bloody carnage. Eight beds are in disarray, and the sheets, floor, and walls are all splattered with a distrubing amount of blood. A broken dogslicer lies discarded in one corner, next to a severed human hand. However, no other bodies (or parts) are here.
