Can feats be from the APG as well? Will edit in the feats and their sources that aren't from the CRB in a few minutes.
EDIT: Reading fail, I see that's already stated to be by permission.
REDIT: Here is the list. None of these are at level one, just plans for the build. All other feats are CRB, archetype is APG, classes are CRB.
Permission Requests:
Missile Shield
Following Step
Step up and Strike
Ray Shield
Greater Ray Shield

Permission Requests:
Skirmisher Archetype
Conversion Inquisition, to replace 1 of my 2 domains as a Cleric
Clever Wordplay (trait)
EDIT: Forgot one; clever wordplay is technically from a primer

Thanks!
Also: Boon Companion.

Homebrew Request:
Conversion Inquisition; replace Intimidate with Handle Animal
Declined as is. The change would need to make sense. How does training animals help you convert people to your ideology? You may attempt a larger and more coherent homebrew adaptation, but I see no in universe reason for this one.

Animal Companion permissions:
Tracker archetype. Dog is my choice, and it does have scent
If approved, confirm this:
Expert Tracker (Ex): A tracker gains a competence bonus on Survival checks to track via scent equal to half its total Hit Dice. At 6th level, it can move at its normal speed while using Survival to follow tracks without taking the normal –5 penalty. It takes only a –10 penalty (instead of the normal –20 penalty) when moving at up to twice its normal speed while tracking.
This replaces share spells and devotion.
Since the abilities replaced come at different levels, my animal would have:
"A tracker gains a competence bonus on Survival checks to track via scent equal to half its total Hit Dice" at level 1, and obviously the 2nd part at 6th level?
*Second
You noted elsewhere Dirty Fighting is approved; please advise if this is approved as a feat for my Dog companion.
Technically, I will gain the dog at my level 4, it will be level 1 and still only have 2 INT. So, it will only have 1 feat, and I would not qualify for this feat yet. Then at my level 5, the Dog would become level 5, earn 1 point of INT; at that point, I would need to retrain the animal, correct?

OK, for approval, a substitute inquisition:
Vengeance Inquisition
Source: Homebrew
Deities: Calistria
Prerequisites: Animal Companion with scent special sense.
Granted Powers: You and your companion are keen at sniffing out those who would hide from Calistria’s vengeance. Discover who they are, and arrange their sins to end.
Cunning Wisdom (Ex): You use your Wisdom modifier instead of your Charisma modifier when making Bluff, Diplomacy, and Handle Animal checks.
Maw of Revenge (Sp): At 8th level, your animal companion is affected by Calistria’s power. Once per day when damaged by an enemy in range, your companion may perform an attack of opportunity. If it does not have a natural bite attack, it takes -5 on its attack roll. Your companion gains another use at level 12, and level 16, to a max of 3 times per day.
-or-
Phantoms of Revenge (Sp): At 8th level, you and your animal companion are experts at finding your quarry. Once per day, you may cast Phantom Hunt, using your animal companion’s HD as your caster level.
Phantom Hunt
I would also be open to input on an alternate 8th level spell or ability

GM, since I will have access to bard spells, there might be illusions in our future. What do you consider an interaction, for purposes of when someone gets a save? I think the most common illusion I would use is silent image (a little misdirection, a wall/barrel/crate to hide in/behind, that sort of thing), if that helps at all.
