Thanks for running this.
Only concerns about running 4 is party make up. Might be nice to wait for a healing type with 4 and the older scenarios can be rough. Either way I am good to go.

I'd rather wait for two reasons:

I am still waiting on the wrap up with two of my characters, though if I have to I'll roll with a pregen.

I would really like a healer. The two I am going to have available are a monk or a swashbuckler, both of whom have UMD, but isn't going to be terribly helpful at level 1.

Man, it's looking like everyone but me is ready to go. I might end up having to use a pregen anyway... I didn't think everyone would get organized so fast!

I'd make a new character, but I already have so many in games that I didnt want to get involved in any more simultaeneous games than I already am in. Running a pregen and applying the credit wouldn't be so bad since I have two games just about wrapped up.

Yeah, I had to jump over a river, dodge an AoO, retaliate with panther style, and then use stunning fist. Somehow, I rolled high enough on all of the checks to get the damn thing off, and then he rolled a 10 on the save.

I was pleasantly surprised, to say the least.

@ GM Question - how do you want us to handle things like looking for traps, Perception checks, ect. It seems that we have DLDM, in one of my groups we have Resistance Chain (where my Oracle and the sorcerer cast resistance on each PC before entering a room), and things like that. Just wanted to know so I don't roll when you want to roll and such.

I also have a CLW and need someone to use it for me. Some games we just use everyone's CLW and divvy up the charges at the end, some we keep track of our own charges. Either works for me.

Like the posting rate of this group - excited to start this adventure!

As far as spells, I'm going to go out of my way to guidance when I can. I am a portents witch after all. If it's OK with gm you can assume I guidance your door checks and trap checks then move to a safe distance. I will try to be near another player and guidance them as often as possible since it lasts a minute. This gets irritatingly repetitive in pbp, so gm willing, and you are next to me, assume I'm casting as often as practcal. Won't help the front line. Also, feel free to ask and assume I'll cast it.

I'm in the process of downloading my chronicle sheet and filling it out and all that. trying to decide on what to buy for a level 1 monk. I'm thinking plenty of alchemist fire, holy water, and a shortbow with a few decent arrow types, possibly grappling and raining.

Any suggestions? I haven't run a monk in so long I'm coming up blank.

I don't mind if you want to assume that any, non-surprise action that you cast guidance and resistance first. I would be tempted to have it negatively impact your ability to surprise and increase your chances of being surprised (since that is a lot of hub bub around the group), but I will just let it slide because I do think waiting for a day to see if someone wants to cast it is crazy too. I would think this would get irritating to the people you are constantly casting on, too!

So, in short, yes - this is fine. :)

As far as CLW, please track your charges as you use them, but if you want to negotiate method for evenly distributing, I leave that up to you all to decide.

If ever you see a point where you think I missed the critical +1, just let me know and we will make it right.

Personally, I don't mind if you just play him this weekend. We have only just done intro stuff, and F2F you will probably finish before your next post. I also don't have a problem with a character swap as long as no one else does. But as soon as we go through a door, you need to be locked in.
