HERE, last I heard, is how it works in PFS, even though it's basically completely ignores what the books say.

Spoiler:
The UMR needs to be clarified, as I totally see how it's unclear. I'm starting a discussion with Jason and Stephen about this. IMO, the ability needs to say something like "The creature is alive, but is treated as undead for all effects that affect undead differently than living creatures, such as cure spells and channeled energy."
-
Cleric channels positive energy to heal the living? Living are affected. Undead are unaffected, and so are creatures with NEA because they're treated as undead.
-
Cleric channels positive to harm undead? Living are unaffected. Undead are affected, and so are creatures with NEA because they're treated as undead.
-
Cleric channels negative energy to harm the living? Living are affected. Undead are unaffected, and so are creatures with NEA because they're treated as undead.
-
Cleric channels negative energy to heal undead? Living are unaffected. Undead are affected, and so are creatures with NEA because they're treated as undead.

FAQ, although it really doesn't clear up anything.

I was also under the impression I was moving far enough not to catch you, but I can't seem to find a map. That was my intent, so I apologize. If you do take damage, the DC was 12, so 9 Damage. I'll make sure I am more specific next time.

I should be near the center, and for my next turn I'll probably try to get in position to take the most AoO's I can, but I can't seem to find the map.

Yeah, I have a Dhampir as well and even though dhampirs are not type or subtype undead, we usually treat it as the party cleric channeling positive to heal allies just has no effect on my as if I were undead. It's not totally clear from the wording but that seems the most reasonable.

Also: maps are always linked at the top of the page and can therefore also be accessed through your campaign tab. How convenient!

Judge Praowdca thanks you profusely for saving her, "Oh my! Bless you all! What a cohesive crew you have, cutting down those canines! Please, here, take this!" She offers the party the ceremonial sword she was using. "No doubt you folks can use it better than I ever could."

Lesser Sword of Station:

Aura faint abjuration and enchantment; CL 1st
Slot belt; Price 360 gp (lesser), 1,680 gp (normal), 4,120 gp
(greater); Weight 5 lbs

This ornate sword and belt impart uncanny confidence and insight while worn, granting a +2 competence bonus on Sense Motive checks. Three times per day, the wearer may draw the sword and deliver a single-word command, as per the spell. Lesser versions of swords of station exist that allow the wearer to cast command once per day, but they lack the confidence-boosting enhancements. Greater swords of station improve the competence bonus on Sense Motive checks to +5. A sword of station is blunted and poorly balanced, intended as a showpiece rather than a weapon. If used in combat, treat it as an improvised club.

She also runs behind the bench and procures a small music box with several gems inside. "Please, for saving my life, take this!"

The door behind the bench has been smashed open, and the drainage grating in one of the cells has been completely ripped from its mounting bolts. Judge Praowdca tells you that some other beast fled through there.

The judge seems pretty excited, throwing all kinds of awards at the party without knowing their names. Vasilios will try to calm her down with some introductions.

Hi. My name is Count Vasilios Darcora, that is Yanos, Ackuda, Danyn, and mister Bergavsten. Now that you know our names thank you for giving us all this stuff. So another beast broke out? Where did these beasts come from? Do you remember a Vilk? Many think he may be up to the attacks, or someone he wronged in the past is framing him somehow and making it look like he is a murderer. One way or another we need to find the fellow to stop this nonsense and keep people alive. Please tell us why Vilk would target you, who else could he be after for past disagreements?

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

"Oh, certainly! Excuse me, I'm just so flustered. Of course you seem to know who I am already but it I am pleased to meet all of you. I just saw the beast burst through there seconds before these ones took out my guards and came after me."

"Vilk? Oh, I do remember Vilk, of course I remember Vilk. Him, attacking people? Terrible, terrible! I suppose stranger things have happened in these parts. I used to fancy Vilk once upon a time but he wouldn't have me. I suppose I've always held a sourness in my heart towards him after that and, of course, I had to be the one to hand down his banishment. I was just doing my job, though; it wasn't anything personal. But to think he would want to kill me for such a thing! Terrible!"

"Well, whether or not that thing was Vilk is no matter to me! I fear it may be after others. If Vilk-or whoever-wanted me dead, you'd think it would have come after me itself instead of running past me down into the sewers. Put your heads to work, people! You may be good with fists and bombs, but I clearly wasn't the target! If the creature wanted me dead, I'd be dead! Hurry! It must be after someone else; you fell into its trap!"

The tight confines of the courthouse sewers eventually open into wider tunnels collecting effluence from the neighboring buildings. The putrid stink of human refuse mingles with a more natural stink of decomposition. Bubbles and ripples occasionally break the water’s surface, filling the chamber with a constant gurgle.

The water in the collecting chamber is 2 feet deep and counts as difficult terrain. Anyone taking slashing or piercing damage in the sewers must make an immediate DC 12 Fortitude save or contract filth fever.

Assuming you're using something less powerful than daylight with a dhampir in the party, remember that creatures in dim light have partial concealment and creatures in darkness have concealment. Assuming someone has a light source the immediate lighting will be normal but ranged attacks may be in dim lighting.

My character is built around making most attacks through AoOs. Did you have any way you would rather it be done. I am probably going to have trouble using the maps most of the time, basically anytime but later in the evening when I'm at home. Not complaining, just pointing out a lot of the time I probably will not be able to see them.

Swarms don't really provoke since they don't take weapon damage anyways.

Bless and Inspire do not stack since they are both morale bonuses. I'll let Yanos change his action if he would like.

Actually they do. Pathfinder changed it because both are such common tactics.

Inspire Courage:

Inspire Courage (Su): A 1st-level bard can use his performance to inspire courage in his allies (including himself ), bolstering them against fear and improving their combat abilities. To be affected, an ally must be able to perceive the bard’s performance. An affected ally
receives a +1 morale bonus on saving throws against charm and fear effects and a +1 competence bonus on attack and weapon damage rolls. At 5th level, and every six bard levels thereafter, this bonus increases by +1, to a maximum of +4 at 17th level. Inspire courage is a mind-affecting ability. Inspire courage can use audible or visual components. The bard must choose which component to use when starting
his performance.

Bless:

BLESS
School enchantment (compulsion) [mind-affecting]; Level cleric 1,
paladin 1
Casting Time 1 standard action
Components V, S, DF
Range 50 ft.
Area The caster and all allies within a 50-ft. burst, centered on the caster
Duration 1 min./level
Saving Throw none; Spell Resistance yes (harmless)
Bless fills your allies with courage. Each ally gains a +1 morale bonus on attack rolls and on saving throws against fear effects. Bless counters and dispels bane.

So everyone should have a +2 to Attacks, and +1 to Damage, and Saves vs Charm and Fear.

I'll stay with Bless.

LOL, we are stacking to hit bonuses on something that has like a 8-9 AC if memory serves. Awesome!

"Oozes to the left of us, Spiders to the right." Ackuda says, chuckling at a joke only he understands. He draws a pair of dice from his sleeve and rattles them in his hand, then points the hand with the dice in them at Maarv.

Use Fortune Hex on Maarv. He may re-roll one d20 roll he makes before the result is decided for the next round.

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

Sorry for the delay. Giving a research talk this afternoon and taking an inorganic exam tonight.

The ooze moves around into a more open area provoking from Yanos. It rolls over the top of Yanos, engulfing him. Taking the AoO means you can't make a saving roll. If you'd rather make a saving throw, it's a DC 12 Ref to avoid.

If you choose to take the AoO and get engulfed, I'll need a DC 20 Fort save or be paralyzed for 3d6 ⇒ (2, 3, 6) = 11 rounds.

The spiders descend on the rest of the party.

swarm damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6
Everyone in the swarm (everyone except Yanos) needs to make a DC 11 Fort save or take 1d2 ⇒ 2 Str damage
Everyone in the swarm also needs to make a DC 11 Fort save against distraction (which causes nausea for 1 round).

Nauseated:
Creatures with the nauseated condition experience stomach distress. Nauseated creatures are unable to attack, cast spells, concentrate on spells, or do anything else requiring attention. The only move such a character can take is a single move action per turn.

Initiative:

1. Ackuda, Yanos, and Vasilios
2. Gelatinous Cube and spiders
3. Danyn and Maaarv

Cube: 11 dmg

Fort saves

No access to map at the moment, if I can I would like to put the wooden shaft of the spear into the cube and poke Yanos with it. Hopefully he will grab it so I can pull him out.

Continue inspire courage.

Maaarv cries out in surprise at the swarm of spiders. "Ahh, bugs! Why did it have to be BUGS!!"

He slides his smoked goggles from his forehead to over his eyes, this seems to calm him.

Fort Save vs. STR Damage: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Fort Save vs. Distraction: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (15) + 4 = 19

But the spiders seem to have sapped him of some of his strength.
Not sure if I could use the Fortune reroll, since I know the outcome of the roll...

Maaarv stumbles one square to the east. (5-foot step)He quickly draws up an alchemical bomb and throws it on the floor at the spiders right in front of him.

Alch. Bomb Touch Attack: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 5 + 1 = 15
Damage: 2d6 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (4, 1) + 3 + 1 = 9 (13 Damage to the swarm per splash rules)

Miss Chance due to Smoked Goggles: 1d100 ⇒ 5

Uh oh, it's a miss. 1d8 ⇒ 6 (1=My Square) So the bomb lands in the square right in front of Ackuda. Since the throw is a miss, I can't use my Precise Bomb discovery to prevent splash damage to Ackuda.

Splash Damage is 6. The swarm is in splash damage range, so it should take 9 damage. Sorry Ackuda. But you get a reflex save DC 14 for 1/2 damage.

Danyn dodges the swarm somehow and moves out of the way just in time to be singed by a bomb. If it hits the square just under Ackuda, it should splash me too.
Reflex: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
Luckily he is able to dodge the worst of it. He then prepares to spear the ooze if it should get into range.

and if possible move away from it, 30 feet on the other side.

Vasilios moves up to assist Yanos, who has been eaten by the cube. Ackuda continues to laugh as he beats the spiders out of his pant legs. Maarv regains his composure with his trusty goggles on and tosses at bomb at the spiders crawling about him. Although he slips he is still able to burn most of the spiders into oblivion. Danyn jumps away from the spiders and readies his spear against the cube of writhing gelatin. Yanos is able to fight off the anesthetizing slime and leap out of the cube. He then moves away from the cube.

The cube squeezes through the narrow sewer passageways provoking from Danyn-I used your attack above, which hit and rolls over Vasilios.

Same deal as above. Taking the AoO means you can't make a saving roll. If you'd rather make a saving throw, it's a DC 12 Ref to avoid. If you choose to take the AoO and get engulfed or fail your Ref save, I'll need a DC 20 Fort save or be paralyzed for 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 5) = 12 rounds. If you are engulfed you also take 1d6 ⇒ 3 acid damage (forgot this for Yanos round but I won't make him relive it and take damage now.

1. Ackuda, Yanos, and Vasilios
2. Gelatinous Cube
3. Danyn and Maaarv

Maaarv takes a careful step backwards, away from the large gelatinous cube. Once a safer distance away, he draws his alkali flask from his bandolier. "W-w-well...I've always wanted to use this. Never faced an ooze before"

He throws the flask at the ooze.

Splash Weapon Attack vs. Touch: 1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 1 = 14 With PBS

I think you'd roll any dice twice and just flat double modifiers. Maybe I'm wrong.

@EF - assuming you really meant AoO and not just my readied attack, I'll take that now.
AoO (or readied, whichever wasn't counted yet): 1d20 + 5 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 5 + 1 + 1 = 17, Damage: 1d8 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 3 + 1 = 5

Danyn catches the ooze with his spear as it tries to pass by, but apparently oozes do not feel pain. Even so, he decides to see if they feel death.
Flurry 1: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 7 + 1 + 1 = 15, damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 2 + 1 = 4
Flurry 1: 1d20 + 7 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (14) + 7 + 1 + 1 = 23, damage: 1d6 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 2 + 1 = 8
He then steps back and prepares to stab it if it comes too close. Just prepping for an AoO again.

are the spiders engulfed?

The Flaxseed Pathfinder Lodge

Danyn: yes, sorry. I counted your readied but you also get an AoO.

Maaarv lobs a flask of chemicals at the ooze, causing it to sizzle. Danyn punches the ooze a couple of times. Being hit by the cube's melee attacks exposes you to its acid and slime; you would think that hitting it with natural attacks/unarmed strikes would expose you too but I don't see anything that says so (at least for this ooze-I believe some oozes do have that ability).

Vasilios jumps back in time to not be engulfed by the ooze. Maaarv took care of the spiders.
