The men stop and you notice that other people in the streets seem to be listening to you and giving the men a wide berth. "We're just here handing out flowers. I don't see what the problem is. And we don't have no disease, don't know what you're talking about."

I'm guessing the studded armor and not bathing is a clue that these folks are part of the druids' group?

They become transfixed with Nari. In a trance they explain, "Vondrella ordered us to bring the wagon into the town in preparation for tonight's ritual. Vondrella is in an unhallowed clearing in the Wood about an hour north of here. She has a magical chamberpot thing and is planning a feast at sundown in the clearing to celebrate the destruction of Falcon's Hollow."

Laurel agrees to take care of the flowers and ensure they are incinerated properly.
The party heads out of town to search for Vondrella, who seems to be the orchestrater of this foul plot. A low melodic droning carries through the still air, interrupted by random screams of pain and pleasure. Ahead lies a clearing surrounded by low-hanging willow trees. In the center of the clearing rests a long, bone banquet table covered in mounds of bright red, orange, and yellow flower petals, human skull goblets dripping with wine, and alabaster platters filled with raw meat. In the center of the table rests a water-filled basin made of carved birch, from the center of which rises the wooden sculpture of a nude woman pouring water from a jar.
A dozen human revelers gorge themselves on mounds of flamebloom petals, wine, and raw meat. The diseased cultists dance and frolic around the gruesome banquet table, humming a macabre dirge interrupted occasionally by a bloodthirsty scream. A zombie stuffed with flowers and writhing with maggots stands near the table, its glassy eyes fixed on the woman at the table's head. The woman bears a maniacal grin and wild, sparkling eyes.

Vander walks solemnly through woods, feeling a bit responsible for nearly putting innocent lives at risk in overlooking the devious motives of the flower peddlers back in town. He shakes the guilt from his mind. These men were sent by someone, this Vondrella, with much darker motives than their own. If there is any time he needs a clear mind, it is now.
As he approaches the clearing with his party, Vander's eyes become steely as he looks upon the reprehensible scene before him. He lifts his head for a moment. "May Iomedae be with us."
Vander follows Omorose's lead, quickly downing one of the antiplague vials and rushing to her side. "Ready? Let's give them a nice show with that dinner."
