I'm sure we'll all want a cloak of resistance eventually but for now, I'd rather have it on Surexia who's probably more likely to need to make saves more often than me.

I still need to finish leveling from 3 to 4 and decide what scrolls I will scribe in our 2 weeks of in-game downtime, which I will do by tomorrow.

If you use money from our loot to buy things, please enter the amount you spend in the coin (platinum, gold, silver, copper) rows or the gold for selling items. Then we keep tabs on how much we have in the coffers. That includes if you take coin to add to your character sheet for your general upkeep, remember to add it to the spread sheet.

The remaining column in the spreadsheet will be 0 normally for items and objects as they will be taken by party members or added to party treasure, otherwise they are sold for GPs. It is different for the 4 coin rows and gold from party items, then remaining shows the gold in the party and should not get to 0, or worse a minus figure, as you would be taking gold we don't currently have.

Kind of getting there with the loot table, it is useable, as it does show how much gold coin we have in the kitty.

I've added a calculation for gold coin shared between the party members and also a pot for the party.

There are %s for each party member and the party store, doesn't quite match up, but it's close enough at the moment.

The Cloak of Elvenkind has not been taken by anyone yet.

We've used one silver raven, and the party shows we have kept each one. As they came from the original Silver Ravens didn't think we'd get rid of them just yet, they contribute a large % of the value held in the party store.

In columns AE & AF there are a few calculations which should help us keep an tab on what's going on in the party loot. Unless I can fix my own maths, then its kind of done.

Thanks Horillo. So it looks like I had 2829 to spend. I used 1724 of it to purchase my sword after selling some stuff I had on my person which I had purchased earlier. I may still use some of the remaining 1105, but I am on the road right now and need to be home to use HL. I return Monday night.

If you sell anything that you picked up from the loot, then it would help in keeping the accounts clear, if you put the item as sold in the loot table. So if you have taken a dagger from loot, then it shows a 1 item in your column of loot. If you then decide to sell it, you no longer have the item, so it shows as 0 in your column and the item appears in the sold column. This should automatically adjust the gold coin available to the party. So if you use the money from the sale to buy something else, then you increment the gold you have taken in gold from goods sold row.

When you take gold out of the party to fund purchase, then take it by incrementing the coin in the columns, platinum, gold, silver, copper and gold from selling items. It taking platinum, taking 1 piece should equal 10 gold.

You take 10 silver to take 1 gold piece

You take 100 copper to take 1 gold piece

The value in remaining should not fall below 0 for any of the coin columns.

Both items are assigned to you, total value 1208 gps.

You have taken approx 4% of total party wealth.
Current party coin is approx 25% of total party wealth,
this is approx 7000gp.

We split party wealth by 6, 5 party members and a party pot for useful stuff, like wands of CLW, which is helpful for all.

Thus your share of available coin would be approx 1650 gp.
A notional value of items to be shared equally across the group is approx 2700 gps, however the party pot has one item worth 3800 gps which skews the calculations a bit.

1650 gps should be OK to spend, although as you have less value in items, you could take a few more gold, however no more than 1900 gps.

This does not take into account the split of items amongst he party, so keep that in mind. I don´t have an algorithm that takes everything into account.

So to say one last time say 1650 gps is roughly what you can spend. Let me know how much gold you want to take for your purse, so you can buy stuff and take gold on our travels.

What loot did you sell? and how much gp did you take from the party coin?

The notional value of approx 4000 gold, does not take into account what gold we actually have in the party store.

The actual gold available per character is 1650 gold, we have approx 7000 gold in the party at the moment.

the only "loot" I sold was my masterwork silver mace, which I sold to you, it had been claimed from either an earlier adventure or maybe I started with it, I don't recall now. I also sold my old armor, my 3 sectional staff, half of my javelins, and my old bow, all of which were considered on my person as they came from and were already previously accounted for. Everything else is on the sheet. I used 1724 gold, so if we only have 1650 per character then I owe 94 gold. I will have to take it out of my next share.

Loot table sorted, other than Mawl I everyone has 50gp to add to their character sheets for expenses. Cos looking at Mawl´s sheet he has gold in his purse.

I know everyone appears set on the other route in the tunnels, so if you really rather go that way and not go this route just have someone grab her and stop her from going up to them and we can do that instead :)

@GM Dak, In the period that we were in the nest, I guess we would have opened the coffer with unknown contents that is in the loot sheet. If so can you let us know what are the contents.

If it is the right coffer it should be:

scroll of cure moderate wounds, a scroll of daylight, a scroll of remove blindness/deafness, and a scroll of remove disease, three potions of lesser restoration and four potions of cure light wounds.

Oddly enough we were all self quarantining a day before things went crazy as a case of strep was passing around our family unit and now I'm the last to get it. Oddly it is easier than before to get in to see doctor for meds with everyone hunkering down at home.

Hey all! I got way behind on my PbP last week. Had some kinda rough IRL personal stuff and also work was kicking my butt, finishing 2 really big projects. But those projects are done! Gonna read through everything I missed now.

OK we need a plan to get the prisoner numbers, I assume this means talking to a guard outside the Holding House, ply with a drink or two and pound them for the information. If it fails charm person might do the trick. Any other ideas welcome.
