"What creature are we dealing with? A human...gnome?"

"He's a big ol cotton-headed ninnymuggins!", Fiffernetter exclaims.

"She means troll.", Meleone corrects, rubbing her hands malicious at the thought of you doing battle with the large giant.

"A TROLL!?!?"

Got to say that'll be a new one for me... I mean it's not like we have much of a choice at this point.

Nijena's jaw drops when he hears the word 'troll'.

"It is ok! I know with your power of love, you can convert him... or at least get him to listen to reason and go be a big meanie elsewhere if he is going to devour and dismember and rip apart the cute critters of the forest!", Fiffernetter attempting to reassure the party.

The party, submits to their new directive, and heads in the direction that Fiffernetter provides.

As the party makes their way towards the path, Erevan spots a small pixie looking at them. Before the half-elf can react, the fey shrieks, and dashes further into the forest.

Through the winding paths, the party comes across a small clearing; near a large bush, an ugly, toothy beast of a humanoid is sitting down eating a deer, its head now being crunched and chewed by the foul giant. Both groups see each other and it begins to rise, licking its lips as it comments...

The troll surprisingly holds its grounds, although it does look somewhat confused.

Pip "heroically" retreats to a safer location wile Arkynn prepares an assault.

Waiting for Erevan til tomorrow, then botting and moving on.

Erevan studies the troll and how it moves. He advances up the flank with his sword in his left hand and prepares to attack the troll if it comes near him.

"I can best this creature," he boasts.

The troll laughs heartily as it sees Erevan in a readied pose, before sniffing the air in his direction and licking its lips.

It steps up, just outside of reach of Erevan's blade, and tries to back the half-elf into the trees.

Erevan studies the creature's clumsy blow, ducking under it. The half-elf changes his footing and enters a tall, bird-like stance. He steps forward and inside the large creature's guard and thrusts his blade toward its exposed knee. He focuses on defense, hoping to dodge any incoming blow.

However, she calculated its move and easily ducked under its ravenous teeth! Unfortunately, the troll's armor prevents her rapier from piercing through!

The troll is confused as to where that fire elemental came from and he decides to take out his aggression on it!

Two attacks and the elemental is gone, and the troll smart enough not to get burned playing with fire.

It then turns its attention back to Erevan who smells the tastiest.

Erevan is nearly slammed, but he manages to turn is blade so the blow is rebuffed by his magical barrier, although he can feel a heavy bruise despite the defense.

As Zarzuket's spell ends, Nijena now feels Nije-gantic!

Having just dodged the last blow by the skin of his teeth, Erevan remains in a defensive posture.

"You'll need to do better than that, filthy mongrel!" he says as he counterattacks. But the enemy's defenses prove at least as resilient as his own.

Doh, I see what happened. When I kept you on initiative, you thought your spell was on finally firing when I misread your starting to cast a summon monster. My bad and we'll call the extra action as no harm no foul.

The troll laughs as Erevan tries to attack and even mocks the elf-blood by simply dodging his lanky-armored body away from the slice.

Nijena takes a step back and swings her sword and tries to hit the troll.

The troll is has a shocked look on his face as Nijena grows larger... and an even stranger look as her blade pierces his armor, causing his darkened blood to spill on the forest floor. Red almost flashes in his eyes as he bellows out, "I WILL FLAY YOUR SKIN FROM YOUR LIVING BODY!"

Nijena rubs the bruise on her arm but swings back with her sword, but misses.

Arkynn's rapier cannot penetrate the armor, even with the electrically enhanced pull. Nijena's swing fails as well due to the wound she just received.

Erevan continues to maintain his defensive posture as he tries to strike at an opening of the troll.

Yeah... the four player adjustment for this scenario is very mediocre... I will say troll has a 24 AC. That being said, bird can flank with Nijena for an extra +2 to hit.

Nijena calls upon the holy powers to smite the troll, further boosting her divine powers! She then moves to strike the troll.

The elemental is felled with a single swipe! It then turns its attention to Nijena!

While the troll avoids the worst of the sudden gout of fire, some still burns him. He howls out at the tiefling magus.

The short rant game Zarzuket enough time to summon an another fire elemental next to the beast and unaware of the sudden fiery strike!!

The troll, now enraged that these lesser meals dared to burn him, moves to those that dared blaspheme his form with fire.

Reflex on hit: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (13) + 10 = 23
