I believe it does. Ouflank improves the bonus and Improved Outflank changes when/how you get the bonus.
@Pyrrhus - This is likely entirely my fault for not checking earlier, but it looks like you have WAY too many archetypes for your character. Dwarven Scholar and Stonesinger both modify or replace the same abiliteies, and so can't be used together.

There are 3 more still off map, right?
And I forgot we were hasted. Would that mean Chwaer would be able to charge yellow on her turn or is the dead giant body an impediment?

DM Bigrin wrote: @Pyrrhus - This is likely entirely my fault for not checking earlier, but it looks like you have WAY too many archetypes for your character. Dwarven Scholar and Stonesinger both modify or replace the same abiliteies, and so can't be used together. Are you sure? I thought I had checked them to make sure they were not overlapping. Bard as so many different abilities and so many niche archetypes that I thought I was able to no screw up. From AoN, here are the list of abilities that all my archetypes replace or altere:
Dwarven Scholar: Key Ability Score; Weapon and Armor Proficiencies; Versatile Performance; Inspire Courage; Suggestion
Stonesinger: Spellcasting; Bardic Performance; Countersong; Dirge of Doom
Wasteland Chronicler: Bardic Knowledge; Inspire Competence
Dwarven Scholar changes Charisma to Wisdom for everything, but I do not believe it counts as changing all the bard's abilities for the purpose of archetypes. Stonesinger changes the general way bardic performance works, by limiting its range to only 30ft. and locking it to use perform (oratory) or (song), but doesn't chance how each performance works.
That being said, either if they work together or not, if you believe it is too much, I'm completely OK with it, though it will take me a couple days to think how to change him.
I took the Stonesinger archetype mostly because I thought it would fit really well Pyrrhus' theme. While both the Tremor and Quake abilities are nice, this archetype limits his performances a lot by fixing a range of 30ft. I also took none of the additional spells granted by the archetype. Anyway, it is your call. I thought it would be a fun and different character, but if you believe it is broken or not fitting, no problems at all.
---
Regarding Pyrrhus's first round actions, the Quake ability is not a standalone bardic performance, but instead an effect that occurs when Pyrrhus starts "a" bardic performance. Tremor is also an "add on" to other performances and while the wordings of the two abilities are different, I believe it is because Tremor is an "always on" ability while Quake only works when I start a performance. Notice that Quake is an instantaneous effect and independs on Pyrrhus keeping performing or not.
At his level Pyrrhus can start a performance as a move action, so he moved in (as a move action), activated his style feat (as a swift action) and then readied his performance (War Chant, modified by both Tremor and Quake) for when Storn (NOT Sven) comes closer, though to be honest it is not necessary as for some reason I had a brain fart and forgot he'll be affected by Pyrrhus performance as soon as he gets within range (not needing to be in the area initially).
Sven is a character in a PC game called Dota2 that is really strong and carries a huge greatsword. Sorry for the swap!

Saddly, this turn Chwaer isn't affected by Outflank and Improved Outflank as she is farther than 30ft. from Pyrrhus.
If it is not too much of a trouble, perhaps it would be helpful to put a 30ft. Circle around Pyrrhus on the map.

Guys, for some reason I have misread the full effects of Improved Outflank. Initially I thought it changed the flanking rules to affect anyone just threatening the target, however it is not that simple...
Aside from being threatening the target, you also need to be adjacent to a square that would provide flank.
I've probably just read the general description of it. The full text is as follows:
"Whenever you and an ally who also has this feat are threatening the same foe, you are considered to be flanking that foe if you are adjacent to an unoccupied square from which you would be able to flank the foe with your ally."
I'm not sure if the feat was actually useful so far (like if the bonus turned a miss into a hit), but I'm really sorry nevertheless.

I misread that as well - I don't think we've been able to use it yet fortunately. I tried to mock it up to see if I understand now.
Does this work?
1st, one is adjacent so they should get IO.
2nd, neither PC can move to an adjacent square that would work
3rd, what if both move to an adjacent square?

Might be worth looking at Gang Up instead. As long as there's a third person in melee with Chwaer and Storn, that would allow flanking.

The problem with Gang Up is that it has Combat Expertise as its prereq and thus would have to grand both to everyone, being impossible to also give Outflank.

Obviously I'm fine doing what Molly wants, but considering the circumstances, I don't think our characters would really suddenly leave here to get her resurrected and then come back (unless I misunderstand how close the nearest civilization is; I suppose we could say we're going to escort the slaves back, in a change of plans).

Question: Are you planning on escorting the slaves all the way out of the mountains? Or just to Xander's cave?
Male HP 62, AC 19, Touch 14, FF 16, F9/R11/W5, CMD 19 Halfling alchemist 10
Just to Xander's cave, as far as Sander is concerned.
It might be worth staying there that evening -- or if it's still early (since I think it was still pretty much first thing in the morning when we attacked), we could go out hunting in case any giant patrols come along that we could ambush, but then spending the evening with the refugees before heading back to continue disrupting things.
Just a reminder, we are in more of a sandbox than a dungeon. Your goal is to disrupt the camp in any way you can think of. An open assault is likely out, but causing enough trouble to make the giants disband is possible. The more time you spend in recon, the more you can learn about the camp, but the more likely you are to be spotted. Freeing the slaves was a GREAT start, and stampeding the mammoths caused some nice mayhem.
What's next?
