The Night Hag is able to dodge Brock's attacks, but unfortunately does not see his Tree's fish come from below to smash into her. She is visible to her death, and starts screaming for death. She's got 5hp left, so I'm going to end combat here and assume you knocked her dead! But if you have other plans with the hag and the Shae do let me know.

You find on the bodies of the creatures, mementos of those they have particularly enjoyed torturing to death. These items are stashed in ornate bags kept on them, treated as valued trophies. There is a belt, ring, robe of bones, and some rope.

To the west of you, a large chamber—roughly thirty feet by thirty-five feet—is accessed by a long tunnel at one end. It has four wide alcoves containing tables that appear to have been used for cruel experiments and torture. Each is surrounded by a variety of surgical implements, while straps, hooks, and chains on the surfaces have clearly been used to restrain subjects during procedures. A pale, gray body lays on one of the tables, its skin flayed from its body.

To the north, you see another platform, similar like the one you just came from, but with more and more chains hanging down from it.

Just to be clear, the voices have not happened yet when Shonne is exploring the hallway. I love that dotted lines.. just like the Family Circus!

As shone explores down the halls, peeking into each room, nothing of interest happens from where she stands.

I'll give it another 24 hours, if no one else checks or needs to do anything else up here in we'll head straight down the chains back to the source of the noise. If you need to do anything before heading down, like healing.. please do so as well! climbing down the chains would take you approximately 2-3 minutes.

There's no one hung up in the pit C1 from where you stand, but if you notice there is an indentation, meaning you can climb down from the chains hanging in the room. It leads to a secret room, I didn't emphasise on this as it doesn't add to the scenario really, but if you wish to head down that path out of curiousity, you are free to do so, but before that..

As Shonne approaches closer to the table, the chains hanging from it reach out towards Shonne. Pulling her onto the table and crushing her. Shone starts judging her options.
You can try to wrestle yourself free, DC23, or destroy the fairly sturdy table, hardness 5, 50hp. It will continue delivering crush dmg each round you do not escape.

"Thank you." Shonne says to Misha.

Never got an answer to this before, but does standing within reach of Mishra count as 'forested terrain' for Shonne's favored terrain abilities? ;) I only ask as I have yet to go on an adventure with her where she got to use said abilities, dungeons, deserts, urban and even jungles, and still no forests. I mean forests are only the single most popular cheese environment in the world--next to Cheddar of course.

Shonne produces a wand, and spends half a minute healing herself.

wand of cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
wand of cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (1) + 1 = 2
wand of cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
wand of cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6
wand of cure light wounds: 1d8 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Then time permitting she heads back to C1 to investigate the 'indentation'. Sweeping the area for 3 rounds with detect magic first.

GM Batpony wrote:
There's no one hung up in the pit C1 from where you stand, but if you notice there is an indentation, meaning you can climb down from the chains hanging in the room. It leads to a secret room, I didn't emphasise on this as it doesn't add to the scenario really, but if you wish to head down that path out of curiousity, you are free to do so, but before that..

Do the chains at the entrance hole continue to climb upward?

Chains go back downwards. No magic in the other room.

Just to keep us moving.

After a hard lesson, no one else approaches the tables. Zac misses the action completely.

Climbing down the chains leads you to room, the room looks similar to that of when you first enter. But the centre is barren with only chains enveloping around the sides. A few men are strung up on those chains. They are in a similar stat of that you found Telendrek in. They answer any questions you have with the same answers as the Telendrek you met, but they have varying degree of uncertainties about the reply they give you.

Two doors are observed, one leading to hall you found Telendrek, and the sounds of strange chanting. Secret door that you guys didn't search for earlier. and another in opposite opposite direction, that when opened you find disposed bodies.

When you're ready for the final encounter, put your character in the red squares on the map. That represents you walking out of the secret door.

With Zac's tremendous speed, he gets there first before anyone else, putting him in the front line before anyone else can even place their token on the board. Wow, I like these boots

editA description of the room would be nice, like does the blue represent ice? Questions about the raised platform in the middle, the spikes and the black stuff in the middle of the room. Ceiling height.

Liberty's Edge

Mosquito Witch Handouts

ah sorry about that. Where you place yourselves in red area is the first hall you found Telendrek in. Not the one you're in with strung bodies. The darkness/spikes doesn't represent anything mechanically, but just the darkness from that envelopes this plane. The centre is the creepy bridge that none of you dared cross normally, with infinite darkness at the bottom. Did not notice the flooring, but it's just fancy looking concrete from this mini shadow plane. Technically haven't moved you guys yet into that room so I have yet to describe what's happening in the room.

Sorry for confusing you!

Brock and Misha mimic Ralph and Angel, with him dismounting the tree near the bottom and letting it stay above him where it won't crowd the secret room. He glances around at all the chained folk in Liberty's Edge horror and proceeds to bash their chains with his adamantine weapon to free them. Based on their actions and the actions of Telendrek he doesn't expect to drag them with him until this place is clear, but at least they are no longer chained!!

Then he'll be ready to proceed onwards and examine the source of the chanting.

After a quick glance of what looks to be a prison, Brock demolishes the chains that bind the Telendrek's to be. You escape the room and enter into the place where you once found yourself, and stand slightly after the bridge that you reluctantly cross. The chanting at this moment has stopped.

The mist across the bridge and the chains hanging from place to place still obscure your vision. But across the bridge, you notice two humanoid looking creatures. One looks like it is beckoning you to come forth, while the other one stands behind it.

Infernal:
"You folks look lost, why don't you come to my master? We can help you." lol

The chains across the bridge look to be moving, swaying, unlike before when all the chains that hang from the ceiling are animated.

Just a reminder about some rules about this place, and also adding where I might not have told you yet for combat perspective. Spells that generate any form of light are impeded within this plane. Shadow spells are enhanced. No teleporting or conjuration from outside this planes. Because of all the chains, movement is considered difficult at all times. Creatures more than 10 ft gain concealment, more than 30 feet have total concealment (regardless of light source due to the chains) The long narrow entryway that they are standing in front of is where you entered.

You have not engaged them yet, but you are free to do so and can treat this as a non initiative round, if you'd like to engage them a la combat.

You can always make a sense motive check you know! :P In case you do. My roll was 4... so you 100% think it's a lie.

The creature does not do more to elaborate what he means, but continues to beckon you to come forth closer to him and his master. With a little bit of movement, you can tell the creature is somewhat made of chains.

Ralphs next move would be to go forward to form another Moonlight Bridge. He can't understand Infernal so he's just ready to head out.
