At Bel's words (assuming you tell us), Arlan tries to back away to regroup. Move away double move, but I think it's half speed because I'm blind?
DM Jubal, for glitterdust you also get another save at the end of each of your turns, right? I just looked it up for the game I'm DMing :-) If that's the case...

GHOSTLIGHT MARSH - 8:30, DAY 10 - Day 3 in the Ghostlight Marsh
After awhile you jury-rig some ropes to get the dreadnought across the lily pads.
Numerous flowers cling to the myriad vines and creepers growing over every inch of this curving corridor. A powerful bouquet of competing floral fragrances floats throughout the enclosed space.

That's too bad, I thought I'd actually get use out of a niche ability that I've never seen do anything :-) Yeah, if it says it's "Ex" that would be nonmagical, but if it's "SLA" or "Su" that would be magical.
Beltzer
Before doing anything else Beltzer brings up a rag to cover his face, he doubts it'll do much but he might as well try to stop what is making the others fall asleep not affect him as well.
Beltzer attempts to wake up the pair who have fallen asleep. "oi, now's not the time to be sleeping." He attempts shaking them awake first, if that doesn't work he tries casting dancing lights and brings them close to their faces to see if the light will be enough to snap them awake.
Beltzer
Beltzer tries to figure out what is causing this.
kn:nature: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Varin al'Thine
"Do you think we could do anything with these flowers?" Varin asked, gesturing at the pile of sleep inducing petunias.
Nerak Sersver
Due to RL I was temporarily blind. As I am pretty much blind without my glasses. I'll be catching up now.
Sadly without metagaming I don't see a reason why Nerak would risk drinking an unidentified potion. Not familiar with Arlan's classes so I don't know if his alchemy is enough like the alchemist class which can ID potions. But I am pretty sure I remember Beltzer failing so he would be the only other one to have a shot at it.
DM Jubal
Arlan can't remember how to make the sleep-inducing plants useful, but Beltzer notices many other plants along the wall that could be harvested to make perfume. Unfortunately, time and space are premium.
Down at the end of the hall are unlocked double doors. This large, arched chamber provides a grim contrast to the Vault’s other life-filled rooms. Instead of lush vegetation, a massive briar patch and layers of thick humus form high mounds throughout the room. Hundreds of varieties of fungi choke out any attempt for healthy plants to root, and the air is heavy with the stench of decay. At the chamber’s eastern end, a large, swollen wooden chest sits atop a high mound of compost.
At the far south side, another set of double doors that you remember seeing from the walkway exit this chamber. The walkway looms 80 feet above you.
Arlan Ward
Arlan stows his spear and addresses the others.
Just stay back and I'll get the damn chest. Or, ya know, if I need saving, come save me. A ha ha ha ha! The sound of Arlan's laughter reverberates around the chamber. He downs a concoction to protect himself from any harmful substances in the air antitoxin and slowly approaches the chest. Which is probably a mimic :-)
DM Jubal
GHOSTLIGHT MARSH - 8:45, DAY 10 - Day 3 in the Ghostlight Marsh
The arched ceiling is 60 feet high in this chamber. Several 30-foot-high mounds of compacted compost and soil, draped with twisting masses of thorny vines, form a complex warren. A larger, 50-foot-high mound towers above the others at the eastern end of the room. Harmless rodents live among the rotting mulch and fungi, skittering about in a desperate hunt for food. The tiny animals flee at any sign of movement—a survival instinct honed by encounters with the room’s much larger occupant, who savagely feeds on the vermin.
Afer Arlan ascends the short stairs, he sees near the large wooden chest two long vines covered in sharp thorns protrude from what appears to be a massive rotting bundle of barbs that’s topped with a heap of berry-red eyes (Brambleblight red).
Then he notices some of the dead, thorny brambles in front of him animate (Brambleblight red).
