The rooms are spacious and each has a maid and a butler to serve as needed. Bathrooms are not common, even in such luxury establishments, so a wooden bathtub is brought into the room and filled there. After everyone got time to freshen up and change into clean clothes a table in the dining room is ready and a four course meal is served together with selected wines.
Brother Grergof Varsk
Grergof looks at the others around the establishment...
I wonder what they all do? How do they fill their days? I doubt they can even imagine what our days are like... But I can't imagine what the job of being a clerk must be like.

I wonder what they all do? How do they fill their days? I doubt they can even imagine what our days are like... But I can't imagine what the job of being a clerk must be like.
"I guess they use the term 'work is killing me' only figuratively."
"But I don't think you'd find a lot of clerks in here."
Turning to Spugnoir the gnome inquires "What is in that bag?"
Brother Grergof Varsk
Gregof smiles at the Maid and Butler.
This may get a little messy, and we may have another join us... But don't worry, you will be perfectly safe, and we will clean up our coins...
Then he looks at Spugnoir.
Yes, lets see what all we have and what we should sell to Lini.
Given we should have some time, I suppose it's time for me to get a bit more enchantment on my flail and bow.
Brother Grergof Varsk
Well I share like my ring, so I done know if anyone else wants one like it. And I would be interested in reading that book.
Brother Grergof Varsk
Does anyone want the stone of luck? It could be useful for anyone
Brother Grergof Varsk
Wait!!!! Can you boost the enchantment in my flail and keep some of my gold?
Looking to boost enchantment of my flail from +1 to +2 for 6K
Brother Grergof Varsk
Actally can you also enchant my bow and make it adjust to my strength?
Also make my bow +1 and add adaptive for 3k. That’s 9K total spent for both.
Abomentolor Goblinburner
"So after all that, how much money have we left? Is it worth thinking about buying something, or is it just change and we're going to spend it on drinks?"
Male Human
Next try at going to the dining room.
As the group sits over dinner one of the guests comes over to the table.
"Excuse me, aren't you that group of pathfinders, that recover the Sihedron? How's it going?"
And there you thought the manners are better than that in an establishment like that. But if they let in Abomentolor one could deduct the issue here.
Brother Grergof Varsk
Grergof hoists the bag that has 46,983 GP in it.
I think we have more then pocket change left...
He sets the bag it in front of Abomentolor then looks up as the person who comes over.
Oh stop underselling yourself Mr. Spugnoir.
It has been an interesting experience trying to track this thing down.
The path this thing was hidden in is in places most people would not want to tread.
At least there is less of the living dead then way over in Ustaluv, and the scenery is interesting, even if we do have to brush with some of the planes that don't really agree with humanity.... But we still have a ways to go before we have the Sihedron. Why do you ask Neighbor? Interested to see what will eventually show up in the Chronicles?
Brother Grergof Varsk
Oh that will be an interesting day. But I have a feeling it will have to happen far from here. Most magic like that needs to be done in far away locations. But if it works, I’m sure we can make sure the people here will be the first to see it.
Brother Grergof Varsk
Thank you Mr????
After all I'd like to know who will be interested once we have the Sihedron
Brother Grergof Varsk
Oh my wife would say his picture is not nearly attractive enough.:)
Nice to meet you Mr. Cumberbatch, where are you staying? We will be in touch when we get the Sihedron. Or if we find a time stone, Mr. Sorcerer Supreme. Wanders off humming Theme from Sherlock....

"That's the name of the shards before they were shards. Seven pointed thingy or something like that." Abomentolor explains from what he remembers from half listening to the historical/mythical bla bla they got for the mission.
"I guess Mrs. Heidmarch can explain it, once she is back."
Mrs. Sheila Heidmarch
Two days later a messenger informs the group, that Mrs. Heidmarch has returned from her journey.
She invites to a meeting, where all who were involved in gathering the shards are present. "It is fantastic news that you managed to find and recover all the seven shards. The goal of this endeavour is, as at least the original group should know, to reforge the Sihedron. The sihedron was an artifact created by Xin, the ruler of Thassilon, before he was murdered and the artifact was broken into the seven shards by the runelords."
"It would be a very powerful weapon in case another one of the runelords reappears and threatens our society."
"My research suggests, that this symbol of Xin's power and also symbol of thassilonian magic, gives some interesting powers to the bearer and even ressurects the bearer should he be slain. Of course my knowledge is only from books, and what the sihedron can do and to what extend could be researched in detail, as soon as it is recreated."
"To do so, I will have the sihedron shrine extracted from the Crow - the pillar of the Irespan you found one of the first shards in. And as such a reforging won't go unnoticed, there will be a meeting with representatives of the Pathfinder Society and some local authorities."
"Any questions?"
Brother Grergof Varsk
Yes, two to start with actually:
First: what are the chances the reforging this calls back the runelords, or that this was broken for a reason and reforging this opens the world up to some other major threat.
Second: who locally have you told about this? We ran into a Me. Benedict Cumberbatch that seemed to know a lot about what we are doing. We didn’t tell anyone, did you or the previous group tell people about this, or do we have someone spying on us?
Mrs. Sheila Heidmarch
"Second answer first: Miss Gwenhwyfar wrote and is still writing about the progress of this endeavor for the pathfinder chronicles. And I have mentioned the general idea on several occasions without giving any details."
"As far as is recorded, the runelords broke it apart as they didn't trust each other, and to prevent one to ascend into the position of Xin again. There is nothing found in those records that suggest something bound to a reforging, as that wasn't even mentioned as an option."
"My information about the ritual that would merge the parts is taken from what could be found about the original creation of the sihedron."
Abomentolor Goblinburner
"And now you need to explain, what I get for giving up my shard. Now seven people have a great toy, and afterwards there will only be one left." Abomentolor objects.
"Also what Grergof said. Fumbling with the runelord's stuff has unexpected side effects, as Jimmy - also know as fake Runelord Sorshen - can testify of."
Mrs. Sheila Heidmarch
"And there is was hoping this would be the meeting that'd go smooth and without discussions." Mrs. Heidmarch sighs and rests her face in her hands.
"We can't know for sure. But we know that single runelords have come back without us doing anything. Also, if it really would happen, then we'd have you and the sihedron to fix that, right?"
Brother Grergof Varsk
Yes.... That could be very useful if the person was trustworthy. I am all for any paragon of good standing between us and destruction. Do we know what powers this new Xin would have?
As for you giving up your Shard Mr. Goblinburner... What are you looking for and who has the rest of them... I know we have four of them, but that leaves a number that were found before.
Tauriell
She invites to a meeting, where all who were involved in gathering the shards are present.
"I got one. And giving up on it is really not very appealing. It plays to my strength and there is nothing I could replace it with. To give it up for the greater good is a reason of course. But I don't see exactly how creating one artifact that only one person can use to be more helpful than seven artifacts and the matching seven people to it."
"The runelords broke it up, because they didn't trust each other. It is not as bad with us, but whom would you entrust with the one powerful artifact, hoping they don't get corrupted?"
Gwenhwyfar Yongisdottir
"I got one too. But I can do without. The life of an adventurer isn't my thing, and I don't really need it for what I do now."
"Jimmy has the last one." she adds nodding to the man sitting next to her. Obviouxly her spouse.
Abomentolor Goblinburner
"I'd say you give it to me. I'm involved from the start, and was active til the end. And if you two can do without that's even more an argument for me."
