Ravn has not posted in a while so...
Talib steps inside the building and moves to the side to allow easy acces, and to get a clear shot.
Attack Arrow, with deadly aim 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (9) + 15 = 24, damage 1d8 + 14 ⇒ (7) + 14 = 21
Edit, I probably should start reading muy notes closer, he he.
Ibram strides into the room, momentarilly forgetting his sickness, and finishes the zombie off with a sweeping cut from his falchion.
Combat is over. 100 XP everyone.

The room is pretty much trashed, with broken pieces of furniture and other miscellaneous stuff pushed in a big pile on the other side of the door. You don't see anything of usefulness or value at first glance, although you do realize most of the stuff was piled against the door as a makeshift barricade.

Talib |

Perception 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
"That didn't really help them much" he comments with a look at the makeshift barricade.
"We need to find the source who animated these corpses, so we can put them to rest again"
Talib walks outside and examines the alley where the spellcaster was.
Perception 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16

Kaztor Strongforge |

"Wonder if there is any chance for the former inhabitants of this building to have made it out alive?" the dwarf asks to no one in particular looking around the room.

Kaztor Strongforge |

"Yep, they aren't here now, that's for sure. Let's keep going," the dwarf sighs, wondering if the former inhabitants of the rooms were the zombies the party destroyed.

Talib |

"We should check the cemetery or see if there is some other place they use to store their dead. The undeads probably came from there"
Survival to follow the zombies tracks 1d20 + 11 + 6 ⇒ (15) + 11 + 6 = 32
whoops, should only have been a +3. But i get +4 to survival against undeads, so actually that is +7 for a result of 33

Leesa says to you, “I used to live here, although this looks like nothing I remember before. Some tragedy has befallen the town, I fear.”
She takes the lead and leads you deeper into Barovia. The fog has gotten thicker, as the night deepens. An unnatural hush falls over you, and all of you feel a sense of others watching you.
The ever-present mists clear slightly revealing a human body lying face down in the street amidst the garbage. One of the buildings facing the street has its door smashed in.
State your actions, please.

Kaztor Strongforge |

Kaz follows Talib, waiting for any nasty surprises with his shield and hammer at the ready.

I am using a grid for this: columns are labeled A-S (left to right), and Rows are labeled 1-10 (up-down). The street runs in rows 5-8 (20’), and H-K (20’) in a T-intersection. The street runs north. There is a building occupying squares H8-J8. The body is in square F6. There are entrances, to buildings in A4, B8, H3, I7, M5, and N8.
Place your characters in any square in grid L5 to O8. Nish is in O7, and Leesa is in M6. I need Perception checks from everyone.

Ibram |

Sorry, it's been a busy, and forgetful few days. Placing myself at L6
Initiative: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (6) + 8 = 14
Ibram readies up his weapon yet another time, annoyed at his current state of weakness. "Steel yourselves!" He shouts. "No paltry unlife will take us this day!"
I'd throw this in before I go sleep. Using the Warlord's inspiration ability. Everyone gets 3d6 temporary hp. It's basically like channel positive energy, only with temporary hp. *yawn*
Inspiration: 3d6 ⇒ (5, 2, 4) = 11

The party sees 4 zombies, all around the group. In squares G4 (hidden by building), I8 (hidden by another building), K4 (on the street), and N9 (behind a door)
Katzor, you are up. BTW, your channel energy will not affect any zombies where you are standing, since you currently do not have LOS to them.

Kaztor Strongforge |

Not real clear Eric, do we see all four zombies? The description of the one behind a door makes me wonder. If we do, I will approach the one at n9 and attack, but if we can't I will hold my action until they come into clear view.

Kaztor Strongforge |

Attack 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (18) + 6 = 24
Damage 1d8 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Kaz moves toward the zombie located behind teh busted door,a nd swings his hammer mightily, trying to send the undead back to his maker.

Talib, unfortunately, is not so lucky, when he hears the shriek, a feeling of dread overcomes him and he stops in place, his arrow still nocked and ready to fire. Paralyzed
