For faction cards on Liberty's Edge, I'll go with "Liberate one or more captives, hostages, or slaves during an adventure."
For my day job I'd like to try and teach Shadowfur the "Guide" trick...
Handle Animal: 1d20 + 6 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 6 + 4 = 21
Dynath |
Oh, and how do I go about getting rid of my 1 point of strength damage?
EM±GM |
Heh, not really a job, per se. =) But training is something for me to mark on there, so good.
Though it looks like you're replacing something... which trick is going away?
You currently have 2 too many listed. But you have attack twice, and Fighting isn't a trick... so really only 6... but that's your max, so something has to go away.)
And no actual day job? Looks like you have a craft skill you could attempt it with.
EM±GM |
There, concluded!
Thanks all for playing, even if it was not overly friendly for those unprepared for darkness! You might want to keep the lessons in mind, as it is a common thing going forward!
(If you want, I could suggest a level 1-2 scenario with deeper darkness, if you want to really be challanged)
Need to confirm reporting info for Daedin, Fimbir, and Dynath. This is what I get from the original signup:
Name: Zoomba, PCName: Fimbir, PFS#: 127063-12
Name: Otha, PCName: Daedîn, PFS#: 239913-6
Name: BMorgan, PCName: Dynath, PFS#: 113140-1
Let me know if you want a different Player Name, or if the PFS# is not right.
Also still need an email to send the chronicle to for Otha/Daedîn

Let’s replace “down”

I LIVED YES!
I was really concerned a few times there. O.o
And I think I'll skip my lawyer profession check for the mark on my faction card as well. More useful in the long run.

I was under the impression that training a companion during downtime took the place of your day job roll.

Not that I'm aware of.
They are separate things, as far as I know. You can make the day job check, and I'll rasearch further, and ignore it if necessary =)
GM, may I check the faction box for defeating a divine spellcaster with evil patron and CR at least my level?
Of course.

Yeah, I thought we were all gonna die at the hands of the Elf lady... thought she was just gonna stay in the dark and cast negative energy and other stuff at us till we were done...
Enjoyed playing with y'all...and thanks again GM! I sent you my email address via PM...
Dynath |
Craft Alchemy: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23
EM±GM |
And none of you came even close to dying!
Now, admittedly, I did my best to make it sound like you were in mortal peril at all times. =) And I did get a certain satisfaction throwing 33 creatures on the map in the ballroom there... even if only 5 of them were combatants =)
The only reason it lasted as long as it did was the stacking fear auras she had going... and two of you were immune to the worst of those.
If we'd been in the 3-4 tier, all of you would have been immune to it... her 16 hp's in that tier wouldn't have lasted past round 1. 8P
Oh, and for those curious, she was just a 5th level elf cleric... but had the Nightmare Creature template... which is where most of the trouble came from (including the two auras, the fly speed, DR, and regen).
Shame her morale conditions didn't include a flee option, I would have had fun with her Night Terrors ability on your trip home =)

Everything looks good. Thanks again for running this GM!
And yeah, I was a bit worried for us all for a second there. Fimbir is very sorry he was a scaredycat there for a while. Definitely thinking about getting one or two of those anti-fear talismans.
