I want to apologize to the group for my absence. I am a ministry leader at my church and since Wednesday I had 3 full days of youth ministry events. I don’t know how it slipped my mind to say something letting everyone know that I would be away. It will not happen again.

No worries. I’m frustrated overall with how slow pop itself goes. Plus, some players and GMs disappear. If this needs to happen for anyone, including myself, I would just like advanced notice. I do understand how work and family can take over. I’ve come home at midnight before and either had to post, or get it early the next morning. I can relate.


I’ve reached out to Cythraul and have no response. I will bot character for now and use her as an npc for as long as it serves the story.

So, how far are we from the enemy? Am I able to target any of the enemies with color spray(15 foot cone) without catching allies in its area of effect?

There are 5 creatures surrounding you in a semi-circle as you leave the cavern. The moon is full, so you can see their silhouettes. They are about 20 ft. away. The cliff is at your back. There are creatures at 10, 11, 12, 2, and 3 o’clock.


Just a reminder that this is a sandbox game. You are free to move about as you please. Or follow the hooks, your choice.


I am leaving tomorrow to work at scout camp for two weeks. The availability to internet will be spotty to non-existing. I can guarantee at least two posts during that time period. I am hoping that this is not a game killer as I have this world fleshed out pretty well and I am very excited at the possibilities that the settlement has to offer. Hopefully this will just be regarded as a hiatus for you and we will return to enthusiastic game play when the two weeks have ended.

I'm fine with whatever you can manage.

I'm enjoying the intrigue of a largely underdeveloped/civilised world (at least insofar as Hollowe understands it) and the characters finding their way through it and around each other.
