Drahlneep stands behind Jeji, watching the doors carefully and glancing behind him occasionally.
The doors slide open revealing a large room. This sprawling chamber contains many desks, tables, and chairs arrayed before a number of broken pieces of equipment and machinery. The dried residue of liquids spilled from smashed containers creates a heavy stench in the air, and pieces of glass litter the floor.

The kobolds move into the smelly room to the occasional skitter of kicked shards of glass. There looks to be several workbenches and alchemical gear though everything is in ruin now. THere is the stench of death and rot, but the kobolds soon find that not everything is exactly dead: a pair of wobbly pustule-like blobs roll toward you. They are only about knee high, but nasty looking with short bristly hair.

Jeji draws a bomb and follows Kricker's lead, hurling the bomb at the same blob.

Kricker and Jeji lead off the assault with a bullet and a bomb. Both score a direct hit on the most distant blob and it doesn't seem to like it. The thick fly-like hairs scorch and it seems to hesitate before slithering forward again.
Drahlneep charges the closer one and jabs it like a boil releasing clear fluid mixed with creamy puss. It flails ineffectively at the pointy spear that poked it, but the burned boil rushes Drahlneep smashing into his knee and covering him hip deep in vile, smelly ooze. Drahlneep-3 bludge, fort DC 12 or Space Herpes!

A flash of green energy arcs from Madtail to the burned blob. Kricker follows hacking into it with a heavy overhead slice. The thing splits in two spraying viscous fluid everywhere! Before the other kobolds can tell what has happened, they jab the other blob and it explodes as well. Drahlneep, Kricker- 10 acid, ref DC 15 for half; Everyone except Jurno- 11 acid, ref DC 15 for half, fort DC 12 or space Herpes!

"That was close" Jeji said as she moved over to help Kricker up. She closed her eyes as the soft glow of the healing light flooded into her body, knitting wounds and restoring scales. For a brief moment, she was somewhere else. Back in the tribe's den. Sitting on the soft, muddy floor of the warren, she was watching her clutch-mates play. Then it all faded away.
She blinked several times and looked around like she was lost. It took a minute for her to remember where she was. "Uh, spread out and look around."
Jeji slowly moved around the room looking for anything of value.

The kobolds look around mindful of the broken glass and festering puddles. The place is a mess and if there was anything of value at one time, it has long since been destroyed.

Read Magic will identify the scrolls without a need to roll so you only really need to roll for the wand.
I'd allow take 10 spellcraft anyway.
The scrolls are exciting in that they are nothing that Jurno has seen before. Oh, he recognizes one, unseen servant. The others take more time. One is divination... detect something... yes, the blightburn! Detect radiation. The other, also divination, but related to the strange TEK that occurs in the ruins of Numeria. Technomancy- detect magic for technology.
The wand is a popular item that he recognizes: a wand of magic missiles though it has been quite well used with only 15 charges left.
