Dren of the Dark Tapestry |

As per my plan, lets kill the other guard down here and use the two guards uniforms to move up to the upper levels for you and maybe Xen. We know he won't leave his post so lets just be done with him. Several of us can be invisible so we are not all seen. The other option is to use the bridge to the gatehouse to move to the upper level but we would need to remove any guards first.
Doug, how is the various levels lit now we are going into night?
I may be able to use stealth to remain unseen vs. the scroll I have.

No mutiny, Edmin and Xen are just not privy to all that Jax knows, and even Jax himself is not privy to all that Cуровую knows.
I will support Edmin's decision, but I ask you this, has Cуровую ever been wrong when she insists on these matters.
well there was that time she insisted that the plan to kill the good father was a bad one...

Cуровую Intelligence is currently 23, when did Cуровую have this vision, is this to insinuate that one of the cardinal's Knots has been compromised and now serves another power or even if one of the Ninth has been compromised?

Magister Tacitus |

On the other captain's door, Perception 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
If the 'magister' calls the corporal through Message come running to kill the guard.
--
The 'magister' then hurries (not running but say double moves) back to the other room, he face clearly looks annoyed and frustrated.
(cough)
Sternly 'Soldier, the corporal is not as strong as he looks nor claims, I have magically enhanced his own capabilities and yet he is staining, I need that special equipment and my reagents brought up to me NOW if I am to find a cure! Men's lives and the security of the North are paramount here go help him soldier, double quick. That is an order! (cough)
Come on sexy roll! Bluff 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (19) + 13 = 32

Dren of the Dark Tapestry |

You might need intimidate to force him away from his post...
Dren stays back out to the way so the the brutish types can waylay the soldier as he comes round the corner.
At the judge, How should we go about making sure our allies don't kill us after we secure the gate? They won't really know who we are other than a few of the officers.

Judge Tohram Quasangi |

The Judge shrugs:
We hold the gatehouse until they are in. Once the bugbears are in, we wait until we see the leaders. At that time we signal to them and meet with them. No, you are right, I would prefer to not be mistaken for a Mitran.

Douglas Muir 406 |
That was a very high Bluff roll! Unfortunately, the guard has standing orders not to leave his post unguarded. So, while he believes you, he's not going to come with you.
However, he wants to help you. So: "Magister, sir, I can ask a couple of men from the barracks to help you." The guard goes to the door of the barracks area, obviously intending to ask some off-duty soldiers to come help you with your "lifting".

Xenfal |

1d20 + 6 ⇒ (7) + 6 = 13 perception
Watching for trouble Xen is distracted by his stench

Dren of the Dark Tapestry |

You can see the grin that occurs on Dren's face imagining the chaos, Plan B then... he nods to Grumbles and rest of the crew.
Dren still has the scroll of silence out just in case we need to silence the entire barracks.

Sigh. More spells wasted I have just used up Charm and now
The 'magister' casts Sleep on the guard while his back is turned.
DC 20 (Fox's Cunning is up)

If you are attempting to speak in code IC, make sure that you add an OOC comment. With all I have going on on these board and in RL, the chance of remembering secret words imbedded in IC statements is close to 0. This is the same as referring to the Statuette as "corn". Just say what you are talking about and it will greatly decrease any misunderstandings.

So is Morsum, but at least he smells better than Xen or the Judge at the moment.
Half the time I just want to take Ragnar in my arms and click my heels and say, 'there is no place like home, there's no place like home'.

Then Ragnar will smile, breathe fire in your face and say: Welcome home, Welcome to HELL!!!

Edmin Al'Roth |

Edmin moves forward and shoves his dagger in to the base of the guards skull. "Almost soldier, almost."

Dren of the Dark Tapestry |

I had, not really sure if anyone else did. My plan was to have two others wear the dead soldiers uniforms and the rest of us be invisible or sneaking in the shadows.

Dren of the Dark Tapestry |

Mr. Stinky...
Dren wrinkles his nose, By the way Xenfal, that odor is delicious. Zy, can you resist that musky scent???
He gives you an odd look like he is waiting for a reaction, analyzing if what he said is having the desired reaction.

Judge Tohram Quasangi |

I think Xen and Edmin should be the soldiers. The rest of us have decent stealth. . . . Except for me, I am only +4.
Stealth(Morsum): 1d20 + 15 ⇒ (12) + 15 = 27
Stealth(Judge): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21

Judge Tohram Quasangi |

Depends upon how long it will take to get to the upper levels of the keep. Invisibility is either 3 minutes (scroll), or 5 minutes (cast). I just hate to use any more magic than is absolutely necessary.

Dren of the Dark Tapestry |

Once we are found out the invisibility will be fairly useless. We should worry about getting to the upper levels unseen to take out the commander. Once we have done that we can fight our way through as needed without stealth. Someone can have my scroll if needed.
Mine and Morsum's stealth is pretty good so we don't necessarily need it.

Douglas Muir 406 |
Hard to hide me in full plate, and my little dog too.
Stealth Synergy (Teamwork)
Working closely with an ally, you are able to move like twin shadows.
Benefit: While you can see one or more allies who also have this feat, whenever you and your allies make a Stealth check, you all take the highest roll and add all your modifiers to Stealth.
It's unlikely that anyone will beat the Judge's 17, but you would have three chances to try. If 17 is the best, then Edmin's Stealth check would be 17 +6 for his own Stealth - 6 for full plate = 17. That's probably not high enough to walk across a wide open courtyard in full sight of the guards.
N.B., please don't roll any more Stealth checks unless you decide whether you're sneaking, and if so, how. ("Hey, a nat 20! Of *course* we're going to sneak!")

Jax Naismith |

Jax will wear the dead guard's uniform and appear in his human guise.
We can cross in small groups in the uniforms with only a few of us wasting invisibility. For example, like Grumbles.

I thought that was the general idea as well, also we can have the two Disguised as guards carry the Cauldron of Brewing just so it looks like the magister needs them currently, we can put something in there to look heavy and cover it up, maybe Ragnar if you want Edmin.
And DM
That warble fly video and images still in my mind. Ick!

Cуровую зиму |

How do you guys want to do this? Shall we use the cauldron for effect and plausible 'story' that magister has found a workable cure for the food poisoning?
DM as we move can we also make Perception checks so we can see what is going on around the fort?
Perception 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (19) + 10 = 29

Judge Tohram Quasangi |

You all do realize that the Cauldron of Brewing only weighs 5 lbs. It is not like the 150# puppy could easily fit inside it. And, I am not sure that one, let alone 2, guards are needed to carry it. It is effectively a small three legged cooking pot that one would put on a stove. Not a gigantic pot from some witch story.

Edmin Al'Roth |

Yes, our failing grade in math.
Ok how about we disguise judge Dren Jax Grumbles and Den as guards and the move across in pairs leaving one with the Magnus. Me and the dog follow invisible. Morty has to be sent away for the crossing.
