Illidan |
illidan aims down his scope ready to blow up this undead body into confetti. Unable to control his shivers illidan grits his teeth as he struggles to aim down sight and withdraws his gun from firing into melee. illidan looks around to see how he can benefit the group. Auraxis will pick up the lifeless body fo the Lady of the House as well. This is not a way for her remains to be destroyed if it can be helped.
Illidan |
"all this for this little shard." illidan inspects the shard in the moonlight between his index finger and thumb. "this shard reeks of foul warp energy, I can feel its taint trying to course its way through my being. Its feint but I am sure I can keep its foulness at bay. illidan looks to auraxis " Your orders sir"
Auraxis Aurilious |
Auraxis turns to Eupheme, "I think my Lady it is time for you to divulge everything you know. As we gave no safe haven left this is as food a place as any. Who are you? What do you know of this object and the others out for seeks. Do you still possess the one in your family? Do you know the identity of the person committing these crimes? The Emperor protects Ilidan, let me know if you think I should hold the mirror, we should wrap the mirror in cloth no?"
God Emperor |
Nihil the only thing you can gather is this Risen started mutating due to the warp energy used to reanimate it. It was probably around longer than the others and the warp mutated it's body more.
Eupheme wipes the tears from her face and looks to Auraxis.
"I told your friend Nihil my name is Eupheme Tassel and I realized what was going on after the death of the Judiciary and my house was ransacked. My Grandfathers shard was taken and I only knew of two others, one at the Judiciaries estate and here. The shards were taken from Haarlocks Folly a very very long time ago after Haarlock left and before the Arbites moved into the building. Lot of looting went on around that time and many of those shards passed around since then."
As she is talking to you all a great storm gathers over the city, and baleful green lightning flickers overhead and does not seem natural at all. You hear random scrabble over the vox but it seems to be distorted by the storm. Your voxes flash with a "recall to base".
God Emperor |
You hear Fihad Constantine over the vox but it's kind of distorted and said he would meet you at the Folly.
As you make your way through the city it's in total chaos. Building burn unchecked. Citizens dead in the middle of the streets. No Arbites or Enforcers could be seen trying to keep order.
About 3 blocks from the Folly you meet up with Constantine. He has some blood on this armor and looks a bit unnerved.
"The Enforcer General is in critical condition. Not sure if he is going to make it. I had 2 of my men take him to the medicae but with the way the city is right now not sure much will be done. His men have gone on a Undertow and anyone that gets in their way rampage. I have lost contact with most of my men as well. Things are not looking good my friends."
God Emperor |
As you move closer toward the tower a black Arbites Rhino APC which has clearly recently been in combat pulls up toward you and stops. 4 Arbites disembark the vehicle with their weapons drawn looking over your group.
Fihad moves forward waving to the men.
"We are on our way back to the tower what's the status Arbites?"
Just as he finishes his sentence they open fire on him with their shotguns.
