The mother gathers her cubs and wanders off. Assuming you let Kalkamedes continue...Over the course of another two hours, the rough, mountainous scrubland gradually flattens and gives way to thicker copses of trees sustained by a series of chilly, narrow streams. You will only be able to get two of them. They are spread out on either side of the road and two more in the brush at the fork.

Does anyone excell in any of these, the best I could do is a +3 for Dex?

Zarunkumar will pull out her crossbow and fire at the nearest bandit to her as Dr. Agon prepares to defend her from her shoulder.

But due to Dr. Agon's extra weight on her shoulder her shot was a bit off.

The shots go wide,
bandits reflex 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 1 = 17

The bandits tumble out of the way, the ones on the side of the road dray and move to attack, armed a light mace, or a sickle. they stop about 10' from the front liners taking up a defensive position.

The ones in the rear, still about 40' away do nothing save for moving as their slingstones will surely not reach the group accurately.

Zarunkumar dances out of the way of the attack against her and Dr. Agon flips off of her shoulder narrowly avoiding the first attack against him, but unlikely his flip puts him right into the swing of the second. (hp 6/10)

Zarunkumar takes a 5' step back away from the bandits tossing her crossbow over her shoulder, which her tail quickly snatching and tucks back away into her cloak. She then holds out her hand and starts to whisper a spell while holding her right hand out and gripping her wrist with her left. Slowly icy vapors start forming in the palm of her hand. The vapors start to solidify into the shape of a dagger. Once it has formed she grips the hilt and prepares to attack.

Seeing his master start casting a spell, Dr. Agon quickly jumps into the space between his mistress and the bandit that attacked her and takes a bite at him.

I'm not sure if you caught this but Zarunkumar took a 5' step back away from her attackers and Dr. Agon is standing in the space where Zarunkumar used to be. So unless the bandit who attacked her took a step forward and is sharing the space with Dr. Agon none of them could have attended her.
