Sorry. To clarify, the dog that bit Garm is the one at AH57. Giles can step and attack without going in the smoke (but the dog is still concealed). Otherwise, I still need a Fort save, but you get a +2 bonus for holding your breath.

The orc continues forward and strikes at Grodar. Her attack seems much more forceful against the half-orc than they did against the aasimar, and she no longer needs to deal with the obscuring smoke. However, her luck deserts her.
