The thick smoke makes it difficult to see the foes, and it burns when it is inhaled. Still, Zigil is able to strike her foe, while Giles and Garm fail to connect.

Slei will move up and fire a sling bullet at the closest dog.
The stone from Slei's staff strikes the dog heavily, causing it to stagger.
The orc beast-tamer draws a double-ax and swings wide at Zigil.
One dog shakes off its choking fit, and moves forward to harry Garm, successfully damaging the farm dog.
Another successfully continues its attack against Giles, then slumps to the ground from the damage Slei did to it.
The final dog continues to choke and retch on the smoke.
Zigil's lungs burn from the smoke, and the cleric finds herself Nauseated and unable to do anything strenuous.
I believe Zigil can take a 5-foot step as long as he does not move. If that is correct, he will 5-foot step to AH55. If I'm wrong, he will stay where is.
Giles steps over the fallen dog and swings at the one that bit Garm, holding his breath.
"Nasty beast!"
His powerful blow goes astray from the smoke.
Garm bites at the same dog.
Zigil backs off and her coughing subsides momentarily.
Garm's teeth sink into his canine foe.
We will both go for the dog at AF57.
Eldan recognizes that he would be more hinderance than help at the moment so waits for another opportunity to arise.
Grodar moves up to AF-58 and attacks the wolf beside him (assuming Trees 2A is updated fully)
Grodar steps up and strikes down the dog which bit Garm.
Slei will move to AD-58 and fire a stone at the trainer.
Slei's stone goes wide in the smoke.
The orc laughs as the smoke swirls around her, sidesteps, and strikes twice with her double-axe.
Both of her attacks are easily dodged by Zigil.
The remaining dog continues to choke and retch.
"Draw them out of the smoke."

Grodar fires a bolt at the orc. ,
Garm hacks and chokes while Giles takes another swing.
The smoke gets the better of him once more.
Garm has been retching for an extended time and it causes him pain.
Eldan does not have a ranged weapon and must conserve what little magic he has left.
Grodar's bolt goes well wide of the target.
Slei will fire again at the orc.
The beastmaster continues to press her attacks against Zigil, stepping up and slicing with both sides of her double-axe.
One of her attacks barely catches the cleric, but the orc seems puzzled.
The remaining dog is still incapacitated.
Speaking in Orcish: "You seem confused. Let me explain, the only way you will understand..."

Zigil coughs deeply enough to cause him to vomit.
"Down boy, let's go"
Giles orders Garm out of the smoke as he also steps out.
He sheaths his sword and shouts at Zigil:
"Out of the smoke you!"

Eldan moves up to AE61 and says, "Let's try this." Speaking a few arcane words he points at the Orc and a ray of air and ice fly from his finger.
Grodar fires again at the orc.
The orc is bleeding from half a dozen cuts, but continues laughing boisterously.
Slei will attempt to fire another stone at the orc with her sling staff.
Slei begins choking on the smoke, and can only find the strength to move.
The orc continues to attack Zigil the Iomedaean.
Both chops of her greataxe open wounds on the cleric, and she falls to the ground.
The dog is definitely not doing well.
"Come and get me you filthy orc!"
Giles takes out his blunderbuss and loads it with shot.
Eldan tries the ray of frost again.
weakly - "I think I'm out of the smoke now..."
Eldan's spell connects, but the orc is still standing.
Grodar fires again at the orc, and the bolt disappears into the smoke.
Slei will retreat out of the smoke, coughing.
Although he is unconscious, Zigil continues to choke on the green smoke.
The orc continues forward and strikes at Grodar. Her attack seems much more forceful against the half-orc than they did against the aasimar, and she no longer needs to deal with the obscuring smoke. However, her luck deserts her.
On his turn, Grodar switches back to his warhammer and strikes at the orc.
