@Finnrick: I think your stats for the wolverine are wrong. You wouldn't apply rage until this next upcoming round because it hasn't taken damage until it walks into the tentacles, meaning with augment summoning it's only a +6 to hit and a 1d6+4 damage. If I'm mistaken, let me know because that adjustment + grappled condition makes the wolverine miss.
The wolverine moves into the black tentacle area, immediately getting grappled and taking 9 damage. The damage from the tentacles distracts it long enough to miss the man. Finnrick then gets distracted by the creature's yelp of pain and loses concentration on the spell he's working on. Lily fares better but as the reaches out to touch the man, he simply sidesteps. Meanwhile Millsy spends her entire turn moving to the man in the corner, only to discover that he died of her acid damage earlier.

Carrakas sends his whip in at the opening the man gave when coming out of the tentacles.

I've just realized that I was so happy to be able to attempt a knowledge check that I did not notice that Jaed had no line of sight to the Naga. Good thing that no important information was revealed.

Rules a written you are totally right it's interesting that he rages on his next turn but it doesn't say what happened if he takes damage on his turn? Either way I was wrong and thank you for correcting me.

Seeing no immediate threat, Marzela explains to Carrakas (and Jaed if he is close enough to hear) what happened to Lily, and that she will be gone again soon, so they should say their goodbyes... for now, because certainly they will find a way to bring her back.
Then she asks Lily if she wants to dismiss the tentacles so they can chase the Naga, or if she should open the front door to let the Garuda back in... if it doesn't just come through a window or the balcony instead... Worried about this possibility, she steps back into the outer room just to check and see if it is back and hiding.

Marzela doesn't see any signs of the garuda, though she does see some windows high up in this room that it could probably enter through, if it hasn't already.
As long as you don't land on the floor, yes, you can fly over the tentacles. Though also remember that if you want to hover, it's a DC 15 fly check and if you move less than half your speed, it's a DC 10 check to remain flying (not sure what your fly bonus is, so you can ignore if it's impossible for you to fail those DCs).

Jaed finally joins back the group and he is shocked when he hears Marzela's explanation. "She will be alright, won't she? Man, I hate cults. We will make them pay."

Carrakas growls at the retreating Naga, but is stopped from pursuing by the black tentacles. He then gets a look of concern, followed by a look of anger, as Marzela explains the situation.
"I'm gonna kill that damn bird... Lily, we'll find a way to save you, I swear it. Until then, stay away from any lights, and don't let 'em give you hell." He says this last with a sad little smile, trying to add a little levity to the situation.
I'm not going to post any actual actions at this time, because if Lily decides to dismiss the tentacles I'd like to give chase to the Naga this round. If she doesn't, then I won't do anything.

Lily dismisses her black tentacles and Carrakas charges in, managing to close the distance to the naga. Large dye vats and reels of drying silk fill this new area. At the north end of the room, a large trough sits on a long charcoal bed. The place reeks with an acrid chemical odor.
The naga continues to back away further into the room and through open doors into the next one (provoking an AoO from Carrakas) before firing more magical blasts at the tiefling.

Jaed follows Carrakas into the next room. When he passes by Lily's side he looks at her with a mix of sadness and rage. "Hold on, Lily. Everything will be ok. You'll be ok. Now we'll make sure these things cannot harm anyone else."
Double move action hoping Jaed does not get grappled by the wall of bone.

Carrakas |

Carrakas grits his teeth against the pain of the various attacks, and resolves to continue the fight. He moves forward in front of Jaed, and then blade rushes into the next room past the Naga. Electricity flies all around him, and gathers into a lightning blade, which he thrusts into the Naga's side.

She steps out of the bone cave through the aperture where she had previously placed the black tentacles, and casts another spell.

Jaed moves forward as Carrakas successfully dashes forward and lands a blow on the naga, who hisses at him. The third room is filled with wooden shelves stacked with trays of cocoons and cases of silkworms feeding on mulberry leaves. A skylight in the middle of the ceiling fills the room with dim ambient light.
Lily then buffs the two melee fighters.
Finnrick and Marzela still have actions and Carrakas still has his AoO.

"No you don't, you overgrown sorry excuse for a snake." Carrakas reaches out toward the ground and closes his eyes for just a second, muttering something under his breath.
Activating tremorsense as a move action, gives me tremorsense 30ft and I get to ignore miss chances when using Earth blasts. Will wait for my standard action until I know where he went.

Marzela |

Marzela casts See Invisibility on herself, and will call out the location of the naga as soon as she sees it, to help the party target.
This is my last post before leaving. I'd like to continue to help the party target the naga (and the garuda if it also goes invisible) as my free action (talking) each turn, as needed.
See Invisibility lasts 10 minutes per level, or in this case 80 minutes.

Carrakas doesn't sense the naga within 30 feet of him. Then Marzela casts See Invisibility and moves towards the entrance of the room. "She's by the door to the east!"

Immediately after Marzela calls the naga position Jaed moves next to her. Thanks to Lily's haste spell the rogue is able to move faster than ever which gives him time to try to hit the creature with his flaming sword. I think that apart from the naga benefiting from total concealment I roll normally.
Flaming sword: 1d20 + 13 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 13 + 1 = 30
damage: 1d6 + 6 + 1d6 ⇒ (5) + 6 + (4) = 15 last 1d6 is fire damage
A reminder in case the naga retaliates. Because of the uncanny dodge ability Jaed does not lose his dexterity bonus to AC if the attacker is invisible.

Carrakas zips off across the room as well, stopping just short of where the Naga aught to be, and sends an earthen whip shooting off in that direction.
Using blade rush with kinetic whip, which costs 1 burn after Infusion Specialization - I'll pay for it out of my Internal Buffer, so it doesn't actually hurt me. Since tremorsense is constantly up for the round, and not a one-time thing, I'm assuming I'll be able to ignore any miss chance from him being invisible as he will now be in range of my tremorsense.

Jaed laughs at the sight of the naga covered in glitter. "You look prettier now."
The rogue then proceeds to follow her and prepares to attack again when the naga is surrounded by his allies. Readied action to attack when someone (probably one of the animals) move to the opposite site creating a flanking opportunity. If Carrakas moves first then the readied action is not needed and Jaed will just attack normally.

Jaed's blow at the fleeing creature misses as does Carrakas' following charge. Jaed's attack looks like it should have hit, but at the last moment it appears that the naga was not where she was a moment ago.

As the circus comes in to town, the naga glances up and begins giving a hissing laugh. Following her gaze, you all look up to see none other than your old friend the garuda, flying roughly 185 feet up in the air. I've put the garuda on the map where he would be if he were on the ground.
The garuda aims his bow at the first person who exited the building: Jaed. He then rains down a volley of arrows.

Carrakas glances up at the Garuda, a slightly worried frown on his face, but mutters "Deal with you later, birdy..." before refocusing on the Naga. Looking quickly at the very injured Jaed, he nods his head at Marzela and says "Get patched up, me'n the animals will take care of this one." He steps around to the other side of the Naga, and forms a whip of pure electricity in his right hand. Guided by the speed of Lily's spell, his hand blurs and he sends out three quick hits.
