"Big Chief, I now know what is best in life- to CRUSH the HUMANS, DRIVE their DOGS before you, and hear the LAMENTATIONS of their HORSES!!!"
ROTFL! That's awesome. I really need a shirt with a Piazo Goblin siting cross-legged on a table holding a dogslicer. Surrounded with that quote.
The new movie look awesome to me, BTW. I've been a fan of the Conan novels and comics since before the first move. The dude playing Conan did a great job on Game of Thrones (HBO).

thanks- hey, that would be a great T-shirt. Quick, get me Jacobs on the horn!

I'm unfortunately skeptical about the new movie. I mean who could top Ah-nold in the original. (i talked my step-dad into taking me to see it in the theater when I was like 12, heh. yea, gratuitous sex and violence! great memory.)
from the previews i've seen it looks like CGI abuse. overdoing the computer effects usually just cheapens a film for me. le sigh. I haven't seen Game of Thrones yet. I can't wait til it's out on DVD. I just ordered the latest book!

Lots-legs Eat Goblin Babies Many: There are plenty of giant bugs in the swamp, but of late, the giant spider known as "Lots-legs Eat Goblin Babies Many" (known more often simply as “Lots-legs,”) is the most notorious. The giant spider lives somewhere in the marsh between the Licktoad village and the coast, and the route that Scribbleface’s map shows leads right through the giant spider’s territory.

No sure if you want a craft check for the Lots-Legs Staff. I don't intend to use it as a weapon, just as a symbol.
I skipped over you post. Sorry.
A big scary hairy shaman voodoo stick is very cool.If you ever want to make a tool or a weapon, then you would apply your craft skill to that.

DM Iron-Dice |

That would be correct. Use spells as an example for this: Some have range touch, some have melee. I think one or two you actually have to hit with a full melee attack.
Thanks for the conformation. I wanted to make sure I had not missed the one one single line printed somewhere that said otherwise.

If anyone saw the double post with a different dice result, my apologies. I had no idea that post was there and never saw that result until after making the post that is up now.
Not sure how that happened, but it was not me messing with any results. There would be no fun in that.

Alright gang,
Assuming some or all you you survive and return as the greatest Licktoad heroes ever, whats next?
Will you settle down and relive your glory day, or go forth and peruse greater adventures?
If you want to continue, what sort of adventure or goals would you Goblins like to go after?
Anyone pick up the "Goblins of Golarion" book? Lots of cool stuff in there to add in for level 2 Goblins.

DM ID,
I'm really enjoying myself and continuing it would be fun, BUTT i went a bit overboard and i'm in too many games now. I guess i feel if i'm to remain sane and have a life, i ought to keep this to a one-shot. i'll read along if you continue though.
btw I LOVED Goblins of Golarion! i'm planning a little encounter with the Reefrunners in my freebooter campaign.
and thanks again for running this : )

I hear 'ya! It's easy to get drawn in with all the great AP's out there.
In any case, I'll be running something when this wraps up. Not sure if it will be a homebrew Goblins adventure, or a published PF module or AP.
All of you would get first shot as a PC if the new game is of interest. This group is great.

NEXT GAME:
A gripping tale about not much at all.
A small Goblin tribe tries to rise to grater heights by raiding, pillaging and plundering more that has ever been done before.
Prepare for Goblins fighting Humans. Goblins fighting Goblins. Humans fighting Goblins.
Dares, trials, pranks and spanks.
This should be a quick jaunt into the routine and culture of Goblin life in Verisha. Expect play to go to about 5th level, give or take, or until the novelty wears thin.
Goblins are nasty, evil and vile (from the Human's point of view), so we'll ramp that up a bit.
I strongly urge getting a copy of Goblins of Golarion, as that will dictate most of the adventure. Core and some APG, no ultimate whatnots for this one please.
If you have any aspiration for your Gobs, please post them. We'll level up after the conclusion and go from there!

Hey everyone,
Question on Dying -
My Gob has been reduced to -4 HP. My question is when I am rolling my Constitution check with my -4 do I also add my Constitution modifier. Example 1d20-4+1
Thanks!
Dying: A dying creature is unconscious and near death. Creatures that have negative hit points and have not stabilized are dying. A dying creature can take no actions. On the character's next turn, after being reduced to negative hit points (but not dead), and on all subsequent turns, the character must make a DC 10 Constitution check to become stable. The character takes a penalty on this roll equal to his negative hit point total.

Hey gang,
There are so many awesome Paizo adventures out there that I'm going to run one of them next and keep the Goblin sequel on the back burner until I have some time and inspiration to feed into it.
As before, everyone here is encouraged to participate. I'll be running an ongoing series of shorter adventures made up of modules and/or PF society adventures. (Society adventures would be played as home games so no PFS rules or reporting)
My PbP GM goal is to provide a loosely connected series of "episodic" adventures. Starting at 1st level and running as long as we can keep it going.
I have two starting points I'm interested in. Let me know if you have a preference.
Pathfinder Module: The Godsmouth Heresy
or
The three PFS into adventures.
As time goes on I'll weave in rival factions, recurring characters and themes etc.
Let me know if you want in. You guys get first crack at PC choices, then I'll recruit any additional PC's as needed. 4-5 total I think is a good number.
