Is Mantooth going to have a chance to hit the dragon? Is it too much of a hassle for me to say "Mantooth will make a pass at the dragon whenever he can"? It seems like with Ozzy going after Mantooth all Mantooth can do is ready an attack? If that is the case, can I use the above rolls or would you like rerolls?

Ozyrrandion continues flying a great loop and then he zeroes in on Mantooth and goes in for the attack. With another Flyby its sprays its Acid Breath Weapon all over Mantooth.

• Matthias moves closer to the edge of the gorge (BR30) and casts Fireball on the encampment.
• Hobgoblins in the camp flee and desperately try to avoid the fire blast.

Actually, you missed my move to CB43 which puts me within the 35' range of the Shocking Grasp w/Reach Spell, so the spell should have gone off where Ozzy is right now.

I cast Magic Missile at the dragon if it is within 150'.

Unless the rest of you are really into dying, I would get some cover behind the towers. Then shift around and fire bows and crossbows when he passes by. He is going to keep lighting you up with his breath weapon otherwise.

Seeing the dragon and Mantooth almost above me.

If the dragon is low enough and this is allowable, I would like to cast a Web centered at CE47/CF48. Or closer to the dragon to get as much of the dragon without getting Mantooth. According to the rules:

"These masses must be anchored to two or more solid and diametrically opposed points or else the web collapses upon itself and disappears."

I do not know whether the dragon with its size would count as a "solid" point or not. Obviously the trees would be the other points.

I simply make an active spot check to determine the threat of the approaching hobgoblins. I'm ready to shoot at whatever is close enough to sneak attack (preferably teh dragon, but it doesn't look that way)

With one use of this ability, a paladin can heal 1d6 hit points of damage for every two paladin levels she possesses. Using this ability is a standard action, unless the paladin targets herself, in which case it is a swift action. Despite the name of this ability, a paladin only needs one free hand to use this ability.

Alternatively, a paladin can use this healing power to deal damage to undead creatures, dealing 1d6 points of damage for every two levels the paladin possesses.
