Malleck sighs, he might as well try to be nice. Its not their fault they are goblins... but still...goblin babysitting. Taking the ration from Kath. He walks over to the goblins

Here you go, he gulps, he isnt use to this kind of talking I'm sorry if I was harsh, but we really can't afford trouble, or we ALL might die...

He hands them the ration

GM you can roll this, i dont know how much penalty i will get. Hopefully not too much with what he said, he did apologize :P

One of the Goblins snaps it out of Malleck's hands and an all-out melee erupts as they all start fighting over it. Before long every scrap of food is devoured and more than one Goblin has a bruise or bloody bite wound, but they seem happy enough.

How are you escorting the Goblins? They are compliant enough, and follow your instructions, albeit with lots of complaining and whining.

This sounds like a solid plan, I'd say no restraints unless they deserve it, it would make them more likely to be killed.

Kendrik ritualizes briefly as the rest continue to deal with the goblins. When he's done, a lanky man of shadows and smoke appears.
He whispers to the eidolon briefly, gesturing to the others, and then they move to join the party around the goblins.

GM:
If the Goblins panic at seeing the Eidolon, I will immediately attempt a diplomacy check to calm them down.
Otherwise, the Eidolon will attempt to get a scent from each goblin and party member, to aid in tracking if it comes up.

Kendrick:
There is no panic, but the Goblins are afraid of the eidolon and recoil from its presence.

The journey is largely as advertised where the Goblins are concerned, with lots of complaining, but they don't stray from your course. The trail is snowy, but passable, and there are even moments of harsh beauty in this wilderness of white drifts, green pines and blue sky.

On the map, Sverrir has noted a pair of deserted watchtowers and you can see them ahead of you.

A narrow southern pass winds its way through steep, icy hills, the frigid wind periodically dusting all in its path with a layer of snow. Two ancient stone watchtowers stand on either side of the path between two nearly vertical bluffs rising thirty feet to either side, just as Lightfoot’s map indicated they would. The eighty-foot-wide path narrows to a mere twenty-five feet in width between the two fifty-foot towers.

DM Roll:
Henry 1d20 ⇒ 5
Kaneka 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (8) + 7 = 15

Hilda 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (17) + 10 = 27
YenYen 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20

Kaneka, Kath, Runolf, YenYen:
Snow has been knocked off the battlements, specifically on the sections facing the path—the towers may not be as unoccupied as Sverrir believed.

You are currently 100ft from the gap between the towers.

Runolf scoffs at the rope, and sees the door straight in front of him. "Hilda!" He calls out to get the wolf's attention, followed by a shrill whistle that instructs his companion to move with him.

Bardiche in hand, Runolf lowers his head and puts all of his energy into covering the distance between the outcropping and the door of the tower, with the wolf outpacing him along the way. He pushes himself as close to the wall as possible, trying to make the inevitable attacks at him a little more difficult.

Hilda's no climber, so we'll both use a full round action to run, and make it to the door of the tower. Hopefully the goblins down't have it locked up too tight.
