The pale woman spins into another flurry of blows but she appears angry and unfocused and Nemoris easily dodges, deflects or absorbs the blows on his armor.
Still wrecking the library, Magma and the wraith spin and assault each other. The stonechilde, while heavily resistant to negative energy is slowly losing his life force. In turn he is inflicting heavy damage on the wraith and the creature is beginning to lose coherence.
Casting can be heard from the room to the north and a lightning bolt streaks forth and hits Nowzai and then arcs to Epik, Jenya, Ma'puande, Dalamus and Tlanextic.

Tlanextic flies to 5 feet above the ground and heals Ma'puande and Jenya moves in to get Epik, eyeing the barbed devil as she does so.

Nemoris fires several arrows, one is deflected and one gets through, causing the woman to screech in frustration again as more black smoke rises now from multiple arrows sticking out of her.

Dalamus heals himself with a potion that he draws (as a move action)] and drinks (as a standard action) leaving him still standing where he is. (Do you have the ability to cast true strike as a swift action, else that will be next turn as well?)
The devil attacks the now prone but healed paladin. He strikes him once, but the paladin squirms away from his barbs and rolls under the second claw rake.

The couatl moves north and disappears while Nowzai creates another acid pit. The slope of the pit slips under the wall of force and Fario finds himself sliding, but catches himself using the unseen wall as balance.

This spell cures 5d8 points of damage + 1 point per caster level (maximum +25).
Unlike other spells that heal damage, breath of life can bring recently slain creatures back to life. If cast upon a creature that has died within 1 round, apply the healing from this spell to the creature. If the healed creature’s hit point total is at a negative amount less than its Constitution score, it comes back to life and stabilizes at its new hit point total. If the creature’s hit point total is at a negative amount equal to or greater than its Constitution score, the creature remains dead. Creatures brought back to life through breath of life gain a temporary negative level that lasts for 1 day.

Ma'puande has 12 con, that hit dropped me to -18. So she's truly dead...:(

Ma'puande crumples to the ground after the vicious sword blow, her chest carved open for all to see. She lies on the ground twitching. Magma comes through the door to the east and sees this and gets smashed by a blow from the mercenary leader as he does so.
Enraged he takes an overhand swing with his hammer and crumpling the ogre magi back to the ground. It is evident this time that the creature is quickly regeneration.
Dalamus floods the room with mist. (Everyone within 5 feet of something else has 20% concealment. Beyond that it is 50% concealment and no line of sight)
Sam casts a spell and sneaks into the room.
Nowzai hears spellcasting from two sources, a man and a woman directly below him. The horcs throw axes at him which are deflected by his magical protections and then draw their double axes again.

Forgot to adjudicate the Bralani. Sorry Ma'puande.
One of the azata creates a cylindrical wall of wind encompassing the escaping gaseous vampire, preventing her from moving in any direction ... except up, which she does so on her turn. The gas cloud moves up to the top of the wall and then 10 feet across along the edge of the second story roof. Another bralani heals Nemoris and the third flies into the window and ignores the cowering halfling servant in the room.
Dalamus, the only limits while grappled are under the grappled condition. You can cast as long as you have a hand free and make the appropriate concentration rolls
Nowzai, can you draw the placement of your acid pit, please?

Tlanextic's scorching rays smash the duke, but the fire washes over him without quite touching the ogre magi, as if magically protected.
