As Draegar suggested, place them in the campaign tab, for now. If it is important who has what then we could say that one CLW Potion is with Kara or Heroden, and another with Draegar or me. Possession of the map, IMHO, is not that important.
Now, please correct me if I am wrong guys, but we are ready to finally "hit" that Purple mountain, right?!? Can't wait ;-)

I had an idea for a particularly nasty attack that I wanted to run by you. Draegar has craft: trap and carries around a couple of Bear Traps.
In case you aren't familiar, a bear trap looks like this.
The trap has a location trigger, which means that anyone who is in the same square as the trap sets it off (which gives the trap an attack roll). In theory, Draegar could toss it into someone's square, or into their face, and it would go off.
I was thinking though, what if Draegar were to put a leather strap on the back of the trap and hold it like a buckler, then punch someone with it?
If it were my game I think I'd call it a touch attack to hit them with the trap, then the trap's attack roll to see if it gets them. If both succeed, they take damage and are attached to Draegar by a length of chain.
What do you think?

Got it, thanks.
As a note, bucklers aren't usually strapped to the forearm. I know that's how pathfinder tends to do it, but historically, they were wielded like this

I should point out that I am not a GM who subscribes to the "knock them to 0 and they die" rule. Like PCs, an NPC will only die if knocked down to negative CON. This will leave you with the dilemma of what to do with those creatures you have knocked out. Leave them to bleed out? Kill them with a CdG? Tie them up and leave them to collect later?
I am fairly lenient on the alignment side of things; you will not pick up an alignment penalty for killing an enemy that was an armed combatant. However, you may pick up an alignment hit for killing an enemy who has surrendered or was never armed in the first place. Remember that Golarion is a place of alignment absolutes as decreed by the gods. Who are all played by me! MUWAHAHAHA!
In case you hadn't figured it out, I roll in the open. I will not fudge dice either way. If you kill an encounter, great. We'll tally up loot and move on. If you eat a greatsword because they super-crit, then you hope you can get raised or we re-roll and move on. :D
Also, honey flavour Jack Daniel's is the bomb!

Well, I'm happy with my positioning at the moment - thank you DM Eunson :D One request to my group - if possible, post your status at the end of your actions. I want to know which one of the boys or girl may need healing
Correct me if I am wrong - so far only Draegar took 2 points of damage, right?
Heroden - I learned to keep my stats in the second line, directly under my name. Hope that is OK with you - as you can see ther, Whurly took 2 non-lethal dmg so far, which I would call inconsequential at this time (web-site designers - Kudos to you guys, I would have never, ever spelled inconsequential in a proper way) :-)

@DM Eunson - would you care to explain/give me some information in regards to the mapping? I am thinking for some time of running a campaign of my own, but lack of any mapping software/knowledge is constantly "putting me off". Your current battle map looks nice, and you seem to able to update it rather fast. How do you do that?
