So... if Sunny were to run full tilt at the bunch now carrying Burian.... What sort of bonuses would she be getting in trying to simply tangle the whole gang up and hence have them collapse? Sunny is currently invisible. The bad guys will effectively be 'Flat footed' and Sunny and will be able to get a 'sneak attack' off. Though, to 'trip' some one is a Combat Maneuver, is it not? Sunny seems to have a clear 'charge lane' run, diagonally right at the bunch of bad guys holding Burian. So she'd get bonuses for 'charging' into the bunch as well.
Of course, should such an action not really be possible, she's still in a position to try and do the same thing to some of the natives currently attacking Marius....

Apologies, all, I'd managed to miss checking for updates for a bit of an interval there. I'll try to avoid that happening again. Looks as if I've gotten back just in time for Marius to be knocked unconscious. Serves me right.
This was definitely not how the fight was supposed to go, Marius reflected as, bloodied and bruised, he desperately tried to fend off the attacking tribesmen. Oh, they'd cut a swathe through them, but there were enough to make a fight of it, particularly if they decided to swarm any fragile mages, as some of them had done. There was a distinct need to work on group tactics, and he probably ought revise his normal spell selection to something a bit more focused on combat and self-preservation.
Still, trickery and creativity was serving him well enough, with the surrounding barbarians nicely blinded, giving him a few moments' breathing room. Except... Oh dear, one of them had shrugged off the effect and was taking another swing at him. He had enough time to realise this was probably going to be bad before the blow cracked his skull and his world went dim.
