There are a few ways your characters can be brought into the game, also if you have any questions about the goings on thus far, I will gladly answer them.

Birthday has been great so far, went and played putt-putt golf as I always do. Also, a friend got me a hard copy of City of Stormreach! So now there are only two books I need to have all of Eberron in print... at least the books. Still have to collect a few modules.

Pretty much done with the mechanics. Still have 2000g to spend but I can honestly say this is the first time I've built a character almost completely off a visual and a philosophy.

Viridys, with an Intelligence of 12, you should have a language besides Common (and Druidic). Orc, Elf, Sylvan, or Azhani (the language of the Shadow Marches barbarians) would be a good fit.

Okay, I've got her personality pretty good I believe... just not much of a backstory.

Where is the Fury most commonly worshipped besides Darguun and Droaam?

There is a following of her among the drow as well, but really anywhere where the Dark Six are paid homage to, or also just by anyone who doesn't adhere to the dogmas of the Sovereign Host or Silver Flame (or the racial religions)

Giant is a good language, as it is commonly spoken among the monstrous races of Khorvaire and Xen'drik. Gnoll is just always fun, and Orc is a good choice too.

Given the heavy Fey flavoring I've given her Sylvan makes the most sense. She's the most Fey human ever which pretty much translates to perfect human being.

You could easily be a Stormreach native- the Fury is worshiped alongside the Devourer at Shargon's Talon.

Actually I'd say that Golarion has more accepted red light districts than Khorvaire.

Aside from the Fury there really isn't a deity of sex/pleasure in Eberron, whereas Golarion has plenty.

Plus there isn't a Dragonamarked House of Bordellos. Which I think is a mistake.

No, Ghallanda doesn't count, not everyone likes hobbits.

This is especially ridiculous when you look at the pricing of dining.

"Poor" food is 12cp whereas Outstanding is 8g.

Either those are the best damn food carts in the world, or those poor working girls and guys need to unionize.

Hmm, looking over the Dragonmarked feats on the conversion site I don't think I care for how they were nerfed (Prestige Classes too).

I want my level 12 Orien to be able to use greater teleport dammit!

For most of the dragonmarked feats I just used them as they were in 3.5, unless they need altered for a game specifically.

Hmm, I could make the Chain Shirt not-Mithril and then get an Eternal Wand with either Cure Lights or Infernal Healing (Yes, I know using this would move your Alignment)...

Also alignment is more grey in Eberron, using evil spells doesn't necessarily make you evil(er). Unless, you know, you're using doing things like putting a hamster on a slag of cooling magma and give it the fast healing just to endure its pain.

Ah yeah, I forgot Alignment doesn't mean anything in Eberron.

Eh, NVM I forgot about the material component cost.

A Wand of Infernal Healing would run 2K

... but Eternal Wands apparently waive the material component cost...

Also pleased to report that for my birthday a few of my players got together and got me a few sourcebooks, so now I have all of the Eberron sourcebooks in hardback! As well as every Eberron WotC article printed in a 7" binder for reference.
