So, my pretties. Is this the moment where we eschew our short-lasted alligances and murder the frail Melaphi and slaughter Garroth?
We do not have any reason to refrain from doing so, with Garroth's violent betrayal. We have no way to know that he is under the effect of a spell and from Victor's point of view, this is exactly the chance the heroes would abuse to try to get rid of us. We are painfully unaware of the fact that he is being mindcontrolled. So, do we attack and murder them?
Then again, it isn't exactly going to be amusing for the heroes to be murdered due to a misunderstanding.

And as much as I have a "Us vs Them" mentality, I am primarily here to be entertained and not to ruin their fun.

Nor is it going to mean we are actually killing him right now.
I am just saying that this is a fine option, yes sure, but... And we have turned this around before.
Murderlizing the heroes before we get to be big and evil, will become better and more fun if we let them grow a bit...
Plus I want to become Graveknight before we do anything super evil to them.

Regardless, I think focusing your attention on Garroth and completely ignoring the vampire (aka the whole reason you're here) is a huge mistake.
A Perception or Sense Motive check could reveal the fact that he is being dominated. Fate could also confirm that Garroth is being tampered with, were she so inclined.
It's certainly not fun to be on the losing end of a fight (for reference, please refer to our boo-hooing over being color sprayed into submission a few moons' turns ago), but it IS PvP, ultimately, and we are the bad guys. That being said...they certainly didn't have to come help...and it seems a poor reward for their assistance.

While it is tempting, we could instead play-up our injured-party status to leverage their heroic guilt at failing to live up to their end of our alliance for more long-term benefits. They would owe us nothing if we killed them now. We can collect upon their debt and then kill them later if we wait.

Fine, it has been decided by the sane members of the guild: Unless Sarcon decideds that Garroth is to be turned into friendship jerky, we attempt to take him alive. Then we murderize the vampire.

I would point out, similar to what Crystal said, that there's a very real possibility that none of you will survive this anyway. As Feth suggested, "7 go in, 1 vampire comes out". I don't really care what you do as I'm just here to make the world (and even if you all die, I'll figure something out). But if I were you, I'd worry about the guy who can disappear, throw fireballs, entangle the entire party in webs, etc, rather than the guy who likes to knock people over. And I mean both OOC and IC.

Fate has few options to make her a threat to the vampire, but she can totally lock down a humanoid, so she will keep Garroth occupied while the rest of you deal with the vampire.
She will also probably be buying a couple scrolls of Supress Charms and Compulsions when she gets back.

I mean, I could Scare him which would most likely lock him down for a couple of rounds. Seeing as I am out of offensive spells, it might be best if I handle Garroth.

There has been spoilers that could have confirmed my theories? I based it primarily on the fact that you keep making spoilers each and every round, and as far as I can see, the GM isn't making any in return.
So, it must be a continious effect that you are fighting off.

I usually use my standard to total defense then move action to stand up if I'm that worried about getting hit. The +4 from total defense cancels oit the -4 from being prone. Heck, if you have 3 ranks of acrobatics, it's a net +2 AC

I have a single Ray of Enfeeblement left. That's pretty much the only combat relevant spell I have left. Unless the heroes turn on us, in which case I have Protection from Good.
Oh! And the Bolster (SP). Which could be useful, if I somehow could get to Marcello's side.

I try to put 3 ranks in Acro with all of my characters, just in case I ever really need to focus only on survival. And in PFS at least, this has come up at least once for all of them.
