It looks pretty straight forward. The gate is a natural bottleneck and if we standoff to the side, it would make it fairly hard to shoot us. But I think Criek could be the biggest damage dealer in this fight, if we can get them to bunch up at the gate.

Sho's plan seems sound -- Sho and Ayla at either side of gate to engage/AoO, Anody grease on entrance to show 'em down, and me to bomb?

Are the three goblins outside the gate bunched up enough that I could get them all with one bomb, so others can get in position without worrying about them?

criek hurls a bomb in a delicate arc towards his target. The goblin at the last second, seems to sense something, looks up and takes the bomb in the face. He is instantly turned into a pillar of flame, not even having time to scream. The other two however...

They get plenty of time to scream. One collapses in a heap after a couple of seconds, still twitching, but the other dances around.

OK, I don't want to sound cranky but could you all move your counters please. If you cannot (working from a phone) Then let me know. Also, make sure your counters are placed near a corner. This is to allow accuracy in movement and range. For example Ayla said she is moving, but her counter has not, so i have moved it for her. I would like you all to move your own counters. Also Sho, I am not certain as to your exact position. Your counter is off center.

Anody takes 10 on Kn:Nature to identify the orcs (for 20) and starts a Naturalist Performance.

Just as we expected, orcs are nasty and vicious, quite beyond any form of diplomacy, they are quite a handful for regular troops but I am certain that Ayla, Sho, and Criek will be able to....

Naturalist (Ex): An archivist who has identified a creature with a Knowledge check appropriate to its type can use performance to share strategies for defeating it with allies in combat. The archivist and any allies within 30 feet gain a +2 insight bonus to AC and on attack rolls and saving throws against exceptional*, supernatural, and spell-like abilities
