Deathraven calmly snaps the plasma pistol from his hip and points it at the huge mutant.
"I am Deathraven of the Black Legion. Know the name of your slayer."
He pulls the trigger. Multiple plasma bolts fly forth to impact the mutant leader.

The mutant is fast but not fast enough to dodge both blasts. The first one wizzes past his head but the 2nd lands to the body burning a hole right through his armor into his skin.
He howls not in pain but of delight and charges forward moving through the water like he was born in it axe raised high and reaches Deathraven for his berserker charge!

Deathraven watches Draex move off. He's well aware of the war raging within his 'cousin' which makes him particularly unsuitable for infiltration missions such as this. He respected his ability to keep the bloodlust under control, tenuous as it was, but he knew they had better find someone for him to kill soon if they were to have any hope of success.
He turned his attention back to the large mutant that he had just defeated in single combat.
"You were saying?"
Papa Nurgle
The big mutant stands up looking very hurt holding his hand to his chest where the power fist landed.
"There are 2 other gangs down here. One is led by a psychopathic witch named Lericet Slaus. I heard she has killed her own group multiple times over and these dreg still find a way to serving her. The other is led by a servant of the machine. Both are crazy in their own ways."
Deathraven
"I agree with your assesment, cousin Aldegund. But I think we should show them a taste of our power by eliminating this Lericet Slaus first. It will show them the folly of standing against us and give Draex someone on which to sate his bloodlust. I doubt he could stomach much more negotiation at this point."
He turns his attention back to the mutant.
"Where can we find this witch you speak of?"
Deathraven
"Do you have ways of hearing the rumours of the streets above? Use them. Find places that people are avoiding. Or places where people are disappearing without a trace. Possibly even places where people come back changed."
Deathraven wasn't holding out hope that they could accomplish this, but it gave them something to do while the Marines meted out death and carnage. Much better than killing themselves for entertainment.

Gren provides you with directions to Lericet's domain before walking off with some of his men scratching his head.
Your group makes it's way through different parts of the mines where it's a bit less wet. You see a few dregs down here but nothing worth bothering your time with as they avoid you when they see you.
Make Perception +10 checks please.
Papa Nurgle
Since you made it right away will just continue no one else needs to roll.
Deathraven you spot a trip wire on the ground ahead of you going toward the witches domain. It's easily spotted by your keen eyes but a normal human may not have been so lucky. If triggered it would have detonated frag grenades. Perhaps this was one of the types of traps Gren was talking about.
Continuing on and being careful you do not detonate any of the traps as there are a few more.
Make Perception tests again (+0)
Draex The Skull Harvester
1d100 ⇒ 62
Draex hates these kind of defenses. To sow fear with trip wires and booby traps in the dark.
"Cowards, they are with these booby traps defenses. Trying to spread fear in the darkness of these tunnels. I will kill them all for slowing me down to kill them."
anyway to deactivate the bomb and add them frags to arsenal
Papa Nurgle
If you make your perception check make a Willpower +0 check as well.
As you make your way through the mines you notice (if you make your perception check) patterns of wracking runes. The runes fill you with strange emotions you have not felt for some time.
Gain 1 corruption per degree of failure on your willpower test if you fail.
Papa Nurgle
This witch is crafty using her crafts to corrupt the minds of those who would dare come to her domain.
You finally reach the threshold of her small fortress made of refuse and scrapmetal. Outside you see 4 humans in robes holding crude chain and slug guns with robes over whatever makeshift armor they may have on.
They look a bit hesitant as you approach being as large as you are. They probably have never seen Adeptus Astartes before.
"Stop... who goes there?" one says trying to be stern but you can obviously tell he's scared.
Papa Nurgle
fear check: 1d100 ⇒ 35 vs 30
willpower check: 1d100 ⇒ 61 vs 30
The humans begin to shake from the fear instilled by Menstras backing up a bit.
"Please..... do not come any closer...." the lead one speaks trying to stay as calm as possible.
Taloc these 4 are cultists of Lericet Slaus. They do not have any psychic powers they are just some of the lackeys she commands.
