Gerard would shake his head in response to Andrea's question...he's quite perplexed.
-----
Meanwhile staking all the vampire spawn will take quite some time to open coffins, move coffins off the stacks and spike even with three working at it and you'll need a break to catch your breath. Assume it take 30 minutes of time.

Please be aware that my miracles that protect us against fire and cold as well as the Death Ward on Euphemia have faded.
]Andrea dabs some ashes on Gerard's eyelids and the eyelids of any who want some.
As well as healing Orsin with a CSW potion
CSW: 3d8 + 5 ⇒ (7, 3, 7) + 5 = 22
She also takes the opportunity to cast Imbue with Spell Ability and True strike on Euphemia.
When we fight Ilnerik, Gerard,Orsin and Daniel will have their hands full with hand to hand combat. This will allow you to make one sure strike with the Morrowfall.
Daniel Arrisen
If everyone is ready, let's move on. Let's finish this. Remember Illnerik might be the main target but the wizard if he is there needs to die. His magic can ruin our efforts.

Gerard you have absolutely no idea how to open this door. Phem steps in casts detect magic which reveals three magical circles and she shows them to Gerard. Once Phem traces the circles for Gerard he can see a faint image.
Gerard make another dis Device check.
Anyone with spellcraft can make check.
Orsino 'Orsin' Bessatte
To hell with your wife and child, Jarvis.
Whoa, what was that?! Get it together, Bessatte. Don't let everything that's happened to you into a monster. Thesing will get his comeuppance if he hasn't already.
Orsin taps himself with the wand of cure moderate wounds, sighing at the thought of his barbarism.
Cure Moderate Wounds: 2d8 + 5 ⇒ (2, 4) + 5 = 11 Bringing him back up to full.

This is a phase door which allows passage through wood, plaster and stone. Unless we used the ashes, it would be invisible or inaccessible. We go in one side and will appear out there other and we can take along one person who does not use the ashes.
edit: So, say three of us can take two others who don't have the ash on their eyes to both save ash and make sure we are not all blinded.

Daniel moves over to Jervis.
You will need more protection.
The paladin offers Jervis his Armored Coat he used for night watches if Jervis prefers and will cast MAGIC VESTMENT on whatever Armor he wishes to wear.
Just before they all step through the Phasedoor, the paladin will use his wand of Divine Favor and the oil of keen edges.
He walks through the phase door with his Shield and sword out.

Andrea leads Daniel
Gerard leads Eupehmia
Jarvis leads Orsin through the phase door. Everyone safely steps through, those with ashes covering their eyes have a difficult tie making things out once through the magical door. Those with sight find the hallway slightly illuminated with greenish lichen.
Once beyond the door those without ashes take over leading the way. The hall leads west for 20 feet then banks to southwest for 15 to 20 feet before opening into a small octagonal shaped room.
A stone well opens in the cobbled floor of this octagonal chamber. No lip guards the edge of the dark opening. An iron ring has been driven into the stone ceiling directly above the well shaft.
What are your intentions? I will need a marching order set up. Tell me if this works: Gerard, Daniel, Andrea, Phem, Orsin, Jarvis? Will you be traveling directly behind...5 ft gap.....10 ft gap....or more.
Andrea1
Andrea will wash her eyes once done guiding others through.
5' between people sounds reasonable.
Andrea verrryyy carrrrefully looks over the edge, and will have Daniel keep a grip on her.
We shouldn't climb down into the unknown. Orsin, I believe you still have that scroll of Clairvoyance we got long ago from the Wavedoor cache, if you use it, you can look to see if there are any dangers below.
Andrea1
Scouting is good, that is why I suggested the Clairvoyance scroll, it will allow Orsin to look down the well and see what is down there. If it is pitch black, we can drop an arrow with a light spell on it down the well.
As for summoning, I have only one summoning spell available that can call upon a higher level being to serve us, I would rather save it until we really need it.
Orsino 'Orsin' Bessatte
"Why waste an arrow?" Orsin reaches into his handy haversack and produces a copper piece as well as the scroll of clairvoyance. Holding up the coin he asks, "Anybody got a light?"
baldwin the merciful
Orsin drops the copper down the well and descends some 50 feet below and ends with a "p...ping" sound. He quickly unrolls the scroll an softly hums the words to song. he envisions the sensor with his copper coin a that the bottom of the well, his excitement grows...this is the Well I was foretold his mind strays slightly but he recovers. His eyes widen and he trembles slightly.
This chamber’s ceiling is a dome of mortared stone rising to a height of twenty feet. In the exact center of the dome is an open shaft. Archways open off of three sides of the chamber, while the chamber itself is a literal treasure house filled with sacks and chests of coins, a large statue, assorted pieces of elegant or antique furniture—much of it gilded—luxuriant art objects, pedestals displaying fantastic gemstones, and more than a few magical-looking objects. By Abadar...it's a real life treasure hoard." The bard proclaims.
Daniel Arrisen
Is there any sign of a threat?
Daniel fears no excitement at the proclamation. Beyond the usefulness of fine weapons, coin did little to excite him. What he didn't use for better equipment he generally donated. He remembered his atonement payment and was relieved. All the coin would either pay for weapons against evil or feed the needy.

Studying the room further, "I see a beautiful suit of platemail armor on stand, there's hilt of some kind behind a chest, the chest is open and is loaded with silver pieces, there is a beautiful ivory horn, and an ugly clump of black rock which is sitting on golden trimmed pillow on a pedestal. This is how I've always envisioned a dragon's hoard to look." He comments.
