Wait... Can you Quick Draw anything besides a Weapon? Such as Rods, Staves, & such?
Wands are explicitly prohibited. Staves, it's safe to assume, aren't possible either. Rods are a gray area, since there are weapon-rods in addition to the standard metamagic ones. There are also some containers like spring-loaded wrist sheathes which let you draw from them as a swift action, and a few specific items which say they can be drawn in special ways, but in general: No, it's weapons only.

Rumples |

First Round:
Rumples takes a tiny rod from his belt, and hustles away from the statue as fast as his short legs can carry him (which is remarkably fast, all things considered).
Second Round:
Rumples pulls out an even smaller stick-like object, a wand, and disappears.

Master Of The Games |

Ok everyones start location is up. If I can get everyone to tell me, in a spoiler, where they are now please do so.
P.S.: Sorry for the delay. I guess I missed Rumples last post...
P.S.S.: I hate building Stat Blocks for thing like the enemies in RotRL...

Varin Akorr |

Well, by the time both rounds are done, anyone who makes a DC 65-ish Perception check can locate Varin at:
If his location at a particular time during these two rounds is important, let me know and I can specify where he was.

My cauldron is quite clearly visible 30' off the ground directly above where I started (19.22, according to the initiative sheet). It gives me partial cover, so I am not clearly visible, but still visible.
Also, because I just did the calculations, if you have true sight it applies to your vision within 24 hexes in all directions. If you're near the center of an overworld hex (as we are now), that effectively means you can see the entire large hex. Going forward, please note in your spoilers tag whether divination spells (like true sight) help in locating you, or whether you're mind blanked.

Bozro "Buzzsaw" Wilkins |
Realizing that he waited in vain, Bozro utters a sigh and blinks away....
I can't read the overworld map. I downloaded it but it gets all blury when I zoom in. Also how wide is one hex?

Varin Akorr |

Assuming it's Varin's turn...
Let me know if someone is making spellcraft checks on them.
.
Also, Stealth Check: 1d20 + 67 ⇒ (13) + 67 = 80
Also, locating Varin via perception if you can't see him is a DC 80. He's done now.

Varin Akorr |

Yay, we made it through a round!
.
Also, can I get a check of who is noticeable to someone with See Invisibility and Arcane Sight? (So, not mind blanked people obviously, maybe not others). These few seconds have felt like weeks! I think Varin might be itching to just start killing if he can.

I PMed MotG to see if he'll be rejoining us or not. Also, I'm visible to every type of vision except tremorsense, and still in the starting area.

Only way to see me is with an opposing Perception check.

Varin Akorr |

For simplicity's sake, I'm just going to list what has him hidden so people don't have to guess if they can see him or not.
Then quickened Cloak of Winds.
Turn done. Same Perception and Location as before (unless I should roll another stealth?).

If the spell allows Spell Resistance, Masked Participant needs to make a caster level check, DC 27. Relatively easy, but still failable. Assuming he passes it:
Fort Save DC 37: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (13) + 25 = 38
Fort Save DC 37: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (15) + 25 = 40
If it's a spell or spell-like ability, +2. If the caster is flying, +1. Other situational bonuses might apply, but I suspect not.
