Qalifa tries to get in one of his attacks but the bugs are out of reach, and his spear is not quite long enough to be considered a reach weapon, a valiant attempt upon realization. Hung seems to be getting pinned down at the front line and starts trying to wail on the first thing he sees, but the sense of something ahead disrupted his thought long enough to miss the creature before his eyes.
Two more creatures move in on the each side in front of Hung, trying to deliver massive amount of damage, but as these things are Tiny, there effects are minimal.

Meanwhile, Vernonia doesn’t seem to be able to focus, as she just stairs off into the distance as if stars were floating about her head, Dazed. What could it be Zorza ponders as the distraction diverts her attack to the floor, clanging off the hard stone surface!

Round 5
The combat begins to get the better of the group as they try to fend off the centipedes unsure of the impending doom that is lurking right around the next corner, an army, or more centipedes the question is really, what is to come…
Qalifa begins to start casting a spell to bring forth some manageable creature of nature to help aid in combat; furthermore, Hung is inevitably trapped in a daze spell, which he just can’t break free of.
A loud but strange buzz sound comes from within and the creatures retreat into cellar further, while they don’t attack because they are retreating; therefore, no attacks are granted.
The remaining attacks never happened for Aerek Through Thasitalia, and a few moments later no one is dazed anymore.
There is no light in the tunnel ahead but you can see from the source of the light puffballs floating around that it appears to open up in to a larger cellar room some 15 feet down the hall.
It’s a much needed break, and sadly those actions can be replaced with something else, as the rounds are no longer in play until further combat.
”Sorry to make you do all those rolls, but I have to wait till creatures actions, and players actions before there’s. I apologize for the inconvenience. “

Qalifa |

So I didn't cast the spell?

Shadowrun312 |

"you started casting, because you went before creatures, if you don't finish the spell is lost."

Qalifa |

A shimmering cloud appears 10' in front of Hung. Coalescing into a Giant centipede. 5' in length.
Ha that's all it took was a bigger bug to scare them away. Qalifa proudly says to anyone listening.

Hung Dong 2 |

Hung Dong stands erect to his full height and says @Victoria
"Thank You, more of that and my infirmity might have led to an early end to this excursion. Now it seems like we're in a stiff situation here shall we rest or penetrate further."

Shadowrun312 |

The cellar didn’t appear to be that large, and could actually be smaller than assumed. While the farm above was full of people, the cellar appeared to have less than an average yield of wine for a quarter of months. Upon a very quick inspection, all the wine in this cellar didn’t make since at all it was very cheap, something you could order from a tavern at less than a silver for a bottle, although it was a brand that was high in alcohol and very “very” flammable.
You stand around trying to figure out what to do next and you can hear sounds of combat, but it was over within a few seconds. A loud hissing sound could be heard very similar to the one the tiny centipede made but this was much louder. Everyone was almost certain that it sounded like metal clashing against rock and stone from the floor and walls of the cellar.
The short sound of a grunt could be heard as though someone was lifting something up….

Vernonia Banks |

Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19
"Sounds like someone is down here with us."
She pulls arrow out of her quiver and cast Light on it.
"Let's see if this helps."
She fires the arrow into the ceiling of the next room hoping it will stick in the joists to light up the room.

Qalifa |

perception: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
The centipede disappears after a few seconds.
we should press forward.

Thasitalia |

Thas sends her wisps as far back as they will go to reveal the corridors before bringing them back to guide the party's movement forward.

Shadowrun312 |

Stepping into the light is Medium sized Orc, in nearly full battle gear, an emblem is burned into his open arm of what looks like an Evil eye, with three dashes above the eye much like claw marks but deeply burned in to the skin. He was holding in one hand a shredded sword, and his other a female woman who has twin blue tails of a fox being draped over his shoulder. Upon his sword is the remains of a medium sized Centipede that appears to be skewered right through in one blow. On the floor are several other centipedes that had retreated are strung out dead along the floor.
”Piff, it appears that this plan has been foiled.”
The Orc deep dark voice clearly states in Common.
”Good, you can take my weight off my shoulders.”
The Orc stretches a bit lowering his sword as the Centipede falls off to the ground slowly catching each one of the saw blades as it tears the flesh of the centipede, hitting the ground in a slight thud. He one handedly tosses the medium sized blue hair fox lady to the ground in front of the group, clearly her body was bruised and beaten very bad though she was still conscious, her body barely had the strength to move.
The Orc steps back from the girl though very slowly, his guard completely down, completely caring little for the group as if they posed no threat to him. While slowly backing up, he seemed to be making his way towards one of the walls but it was out of sight from the group. His movements were of no rush, and fact he actually looked to be expecting an attack, as if his face challenged everyone of the group that could see him.

Layla Rayne |

In Human form, Layla has two beautiful fluffy blue tails, and long flowing blue hair, she has cute little black and blue highlighted fox ears that lift from the top of her head. Wearing a matching black and blue with highlighted purple dress that flows into her studded leather armor. Attached on her side is a single Rapier, that is very slender and long almost touching the ground while sheathed.
My small white cat Zoey is hiding behind a few barrels of wine. She is waiting for the orc to leave.
please help me
perc: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (1) + 5 = 6
Layla looks around for her cat.

Thasitalia |

"Thanks, you don't need to worry, we'll call it even! Nice seeing you again, until next time." Thas waves to the orc allowing him to tactically withdraw.
Thas eyes the foxtailed girl curiously. Knowledge, What is that?: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (4) + 9 = 13

Madam Zorza |

"This is strange," thinks Zorza. "Since when do orcs come bearing gifts and then leave peacefully. Now I feel bad. I did not get him anything."
Zorza says to the fluffy-tailed woman, "Of course we will help you. Are there many more people down here? We were expecting bugs. If there are, we could cook goose or ham, drink some of this wine, and make merry. Oh look, here is your cat!"
Perception: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19

Shadowrun312 |

"@Thasitalia, Knowledge on the girl is a Kitsune"
It is not typical of an Orc to drop gifts, though one can tell in his face expression that she meant nothing to him, and would rather dispose of trash.

Hung Dong 2 |

Hung Dong see the other Orc stops and yells in Orcish.
"Hey, you who goes there?"
After seeing the girl he then rushes the Orc sword in hand, yelling
"Unhand her and identify yourself my brother."

Shadowrun312 |

The Full Blooded Orc locking gaze with the Half-Orc immediately spotting the human blood inside Hung.
”Pathetic Half-breed, born of puny humans. You are a disgrace to your kind, and should do the world some justice and behead yourself.”
The Orc doesn’t even raise his sword, but a dark sinister smile develops across his face rather quickly at the Half-Orc. Still leaving his guard down, hoping that the Half-breed would strike him, completely giving him the raw chance of first blow should he take it.
”If you wish to know, I am Garwrath, third in command of the Legion of Darkness. Fortunately for you, I care little for peasants’.”
Garwrath stands at his position, once leaving now at a complete standstill, his gaze ever deep with the Half-breed Orc; Hung. His words bold Common, never changing to his Orcish Language.

Hung Dong 2 |

"I reach toward self-perfection barbarian taunt me naught lest your mouth write checks your body can't cash. I've fought bigger strong and more skilled opponents than you. Through Irori I will learn to speak with the power of my fists."
Hung Dong then says with a snear
"So go back to master Third in Command Garwrath."

Qalifa |

Qalifa moves to a flanking position.
spear: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 61d6 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6

Shadowrun312 |

”Layla, is currently at 1 HP, so yes she is really beat up.”
Garwrath perks up at the comment that Hung flings in his direction, but a dark glow about his face gives you that uneasy feeling. Although, you get the since of anger being buried below his expression, but for an Orc he seems to maintain his posture and doesn’t succumb to the taunting words of the Half-breed.
Garwrath Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17
Garwarth takes a step back blocking Qalifa from getting completely around his backside and keeping the tunnel route open for his escape. While doing so he intentionally steps into the spear blade as it breaks pass his skin and delivering a small wound to his side. He embraces the impact and shows no effect to his face other than a glancing smile towards Qalifa. Speaking to Hung ignoring the fact that Qalifa stabbed him
”Do you wish to exercise my blade, or will you let me leave! I don’t have time to eliminate peasants’ at the moment but if you continue to hold my blade here, I will be forced to do so. In trade, I will answer one question for my leave. I am not here to dispatch children.”
The deep dark Orcish voice gives all a sense of evil that exceeds anything you have met yet.

Thasitalia |

Thas scoffs at the situation.

Thasitalia |

Thas casts detect magic to see what kind if any magical gear the kitsune or the orc are carrying.
arcana: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (15) + 9 = 24

Aerek |

Aerek listens to both Hung and Garwrath's conversation. It occurs to him that the half-orc's previous treatment has him desperate to try and prove he isn't with the army. So much that he was in danger of losing his own life.
But his wasn't the only one in jeopardy. If this was allowed to continue, all of their lives were in danger.
The Kellid walks up to the half-orc and says, We have more important things to deal with than this piece of filth, Hung. You have nothing to prove to us. We know where your loyalty lies. Now, honor us by letting this Garwrath leave in peace. His time will come soon enough, but that time is not now.

Madam Zorza |

What could be more important than killing the third in command of an evil marauding army? Certainly not our extermination job. He just happened to be hanging out in this wine cellar. He is all alone. Such an opportunity may never come again. Let's go for it!
