Male Elf Barbarian,

"No doubt my brother can hide us, you and the Hunter can no doubt secure her?"

With out extensive knowledge of this place I can not teleport us to her, but once near here I can return us all safe and we can leave this place to be destroyed. I would agree with our other companions brother, some finesse till we find the princess, then we shall unleash your full wrath upon them and see how long they can stand.

When we go to make our leave I shall summon to our side a veritable army to cause all kinds of trouble to our foes.

Only question I have about the area is the size of the tunnels, specifically, can they hold a large or huge creature? and how many abreast

the tunnels are huge, those maps are in 5 ft. squares so the large tunnels are about 40 ft. wide. so 20 large creatures could walk abreast.

20 is not the truth, 4. 4 large creatures can stand abreast

Male Elf Barbarian,

"Do we have a plan then?"

Sentries and guards first, as quiet as possible, then the princess. And then my dear brother you get to do what you do best.

Male Elf Barbarian,

"Excellent, it is time to feed my hunger then"
Eloron hefts his axe onto his shoulder and looks at the others
"Ready to Slay a dragon rescue the princess and answer our questions friends?"

"Alright. Let's be heroes."

Assuming we have a way to all be invisible, the Steel Falcon leads everyone to the base of the cliff with the entrance in it.

Azriel casts Invisibility on those who do not have a means to do so.

Male Elf Barbarian,

I can not become invisible on my own

The steel falcon leads your party to the base of the cliff, tossing a handful of sand here and there to make sure you stay together. The mouth of Neleroth's cave is 100 ft. up the cliff. several rocky outcroppings jut out from the cliff face making it possible to climb up without too much trouble. The Steel Falcon can jump between the larger outcroppings to get to the top with ease. Zystra scales the cliff face with ease.

You two can make your respective skill checks on a 1

Eloron:
four successful climb checks to get to the top.
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
ughh sorry.
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (20) + 11 = 31 1
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (5) + 11 = 16 2
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (1) + 11 = 12
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (16) + 11 = 27 3
climb (DC 15): 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 224

Azriel wraps his arms around his brothers neck, and the mighty eloron follows, albeit a bit slower.

The four of you stand at the mouth of a massive cave, nearly 60 ft. wide. In front of you lies an open cavern mostly empty save for a few scattered bones, and a large pool in the middle. Three tunnels exit the cavern to the right, left, and forward. Each tunnel is about 40 ft. wide.

Zystra uses Augury (like headband of intuition) as a standard action to see if this sneaking invisible plan is likely to bring "weal or woe"

Zystra:
Weal and woe

That's real helpful, thanks for that

The events we will set in motion here are clouded. But soon they will become clearer, I should think. Figures hidden in the shadows may soon be revealed and a puppet's strings may come in clearer focus

Male Elf Barbarian,

"A deed with uncertain completion? Let us see it to its completion and quickly!"

Eloron looks to his brother,
"Brother I have no hand for stealth if you can aid me in hiding, I need your help in this"

Given that Azriel and his brother are both invisible, Azriel casts Silence upon his staff and clings tight for dear life.

Which direction will you head in? Left, right, or forward? Or into the lake I guess?

Male Elf Barbarian,

"I say we go left"

The left passage way is long and slowly winds down into the depths of the crags. Those of you who can't see in the dark lose visual a ways down until you find a way to see. At the end of the long hall you come to a set of massive iron doors, easily 30 ft. high.

Male Elf Barbarian,

Eloron puts a hand on the door in front of him, brushing his hand over the surface of it, then he presses his ear against it.... Listening.

DM:
I am listening to see what I can hear through the door I use one use of mythic surge perception: 1d20 + 26 ⇒ (3) + 26 = 291d10 ⇒ 10 39 Perception

Eloron:
The door is warm to the touch. It sounds like something bubbling, something bubbling a lot in an large open space. Above the sound of bubbling is the heavy of breath of a very large creature.

Male Elf Barbarian,

"We have ourselves a beast, and lava, or some very hot stew, either way, I am hungry, let's make an entry! I will attract the beast's attention while you get yourselves into position ready to strike!"

Eloron whispers just loud enough for his companions to here, he looks towards where each of his companions should be...

"Shall I open the door?"

A moment brother.

Azriel closes his eyes and focuses.

DM:
Mythic point to cast discern location on the dragon. Azriel quickly shares this information with his companions.

Azriel:
Neleroth is just over a hundred feet in front of you, through the metal doors

Seems we'e found the dragon. What of the princess?

presumably she is with the drake, how ever if you give me a moment.

DM:
mythic point, and discern location on the princess

Azriel:
Princess is right next to the dragon

Be careful it is as I feared, the princess is right next to the dragon ... might I suggest, we rush in I can slip through time grab her, and return her to her parents and then return for you? Thus we can insure her safety and then deal with the foul beast.

Male Elf Barbarian,

"Excellent Brother, I shall provide a large distraction, allow me to enter first while the rest of you slip in undetected"

DM:
Azriel casts mythic enlarge person on his brother, upping his size to huge, from large. but one more mythic point, these things are like candy!

Now would be an opportune moment to enjoy those potions we procured.

We should endeavor to get you as close as possible before awaking the beast. If it so much as makes a sudden movement our efforts may be for naught.

The moment those doors ope n I will teleport the Princess to the Throne room and return, to aid in the battle, if you would like to slip in and get in position first i could aid in that, a spell of Gaseous Form so you can slip through the door unnoticed.

DM:
I burn a mythic point Arcane Metamastery, to prep reach spell, so the moment those doors open i cast greater teleport on the princess and I taking her to the throne room.

The Steel Falcon is unable to be heard so long as he is invisible. If there is no one around he drops the invisibility momentarily to suggest that he could move in gaseously, as he cannot be detected.

Male Elf Barbarian,

"Then the two of you, night hunter and young one, should both enter so and then I shall open the doors afterwards"

Azriel mutters and moves his hand and both The Steel Falcon, Zystra turn into near transparent puffs of smoke.

We shall wait an appropriate amount of time, and then open the door

you both fly at a rate of 10ft / round with perfect maneuverability.

Steel Falcon/Zystra:
You slide under the door in your new misty forms. In front of you lies a massive bubbling pool of lava. I don't have my maps in front of me but I think something like 200 feet across. Several stone pillars rise out of the lava to create separate platforms. In the center of the room on one of the larger pillars you see a huge red dragon. He lies curled around the base of thick black post that runs from the platform to the ceiling. Shackled to the post is a young blonde girl. She is dressed in a torn and scorched gown. Even over the sound of bubbling lava you can hear her gently crying to herself. I am not at home but once I am I will post maps.

Male Elf Barbarian,

As soon as his companions slip through the cracks in the door, Eloron pulls two potions out of his waist belt and drinks them one after the other, then thinking he grabs a third and downs that one quickly. He smiles at his older brother gently places a hand on his shoulder...

"It is time brother, just as with the last dragon we will return with its treasure and it's corpse, return as quickly as you can, I would not fight it without you."

Eloron smiles again lift his enormous hand from his brother's shoulder and hoist his massive axe off his shoulders with both hands. He squares up in front of the doors in front of him and almost as an afterthought dumps one last potion down his throat... Then he lets his anger boil up inside of himself, filling his belly with the black fire of hatred.

DM:
Potions in order, Potion of Haste, Potion of Endure Elements, Potion of Resist Energy, and Potion of Haste. Begin Raging

Male Elf Barbarian,

I am about to make an entrance soo if people have ideas or want to do something I can wait.

Having already quaffed his Potion of Endure Elements and Potion of Resist Energy, Azriel gets in position preparing his spell.

Male Elf Barbarian,

"Well then Brother, Let us hope this was long enough..."
Eloron swings his Axe for the center of the doors, with both hands and the full force of both is fury and size.

DM:
Im going to break these doors to bits!! Ignore the Hardness of the doors because of Destroyer. 1 mythic power for titans rage, grow from large to huge, Str. 46, Dex 20, AC 30. Hp. 335. 1 use of mythic surge Surge: 1d10 ⇒ 5 add surge to sunder damage, power attack on the sunder Sunder: 1d20 + 38 ⇒ (11) + 38 = 49 -4 from power attack, 45 total. Think that should do, Damage: 5d6 + 50 ⇒ (5, 5, 6, 4, 2) + 50 = 72 +5 from the surge, and one use of Legendary surge from Hunger to double the damage for 154 total. Hopefully, that takes care of the doors, I want to smash them in shatter them into bits of that's cool

Eloron doubles in size and hurls all his weight into a mighty swing against the doors. Several long cracks spread out from where he strikes and when his axe is pulled away one large crack runs all the way through. Bright light spills through the cracks but the door still stands.

Eloron:
The door is a full foot of steel so you aren't all the way through but one more hit should do it.

Male Elf Barbarian,

In the same instant, the door cracks Eloron's axe smashes into the doors once again.

DM:
Because I am hasted ill take a second attack right away, with power attack Sunder: 1d20 + 38 ⇒ (14) + 38 = 525d6 + 50 ⇒ (6, 2, 5, 1, 4) + 50 = 68 and use one more legendary surge to double the damage again = 136 damage for the second attack, and I'll make more up to my max if that doesn't do it

With his second blow Eloron smashes a the left door to pieces and knocks the other off its hinges. In front of you lies a massive bubbling pool of lava.

Lukas can I get actions from Zystra for before the door comes down.

Zystra wafts across the chamber, positioning herself directly between the girl and the dragon. (right next to them if there isn't room between them). She readies herself to re-corporealize and begin battling the beast.

Topaz, probably makes sense to move into flanking positions for the start of the fight

Zystra/Steel Falcon:
Due to your slow speed in gaseous form you have only made it 60 feet when the door comes down.

As the door comes down Neleroth's eyes fly open. A sphere of swirling colors manifests around the princess, blocking her from sight.

Initiative (zystra): 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (6) + 19 = 25
Initiative (steel falcon): 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (7) + 25 = 32
Initiative (azriel): 1d20 + 16 ⇒ (19) + 16 = 35
Initiative (eloron): 1d20 + 22 ⇒ (17) + 22 = 39
Initiative (neleroth): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8

Initiative
Eloron
Azriel
The Steel Falcon
Zystra
Neleroth
Neleroth (dual initiative)

I'm working on how to hide invisible people and show them to the people playing them. For now they are just visible on the map please try not to meta game. Also the map is up on roll 20. Eloron you can post actions

Steel Falcon/Zystra:
I lied, you have moved 100 ft. I put your tokens where I think you want to be but move them wherever you want, just not farther than 100 feet from the door.

DM:
so can i still see the princess given true seeing and such goodness?
To understand the "sphere of swirling colors" around he princess.
Knowledge (arcana): 1d20 + 32 ⇒ (3) + 32 = 35
Spellcraft: 1d20 + 32 ⇒ (8) + 32 = 40

Azriel:
It is a prismatic sphere. You can't see the princess inside, the prismatic sphere is actually there so true seeing doesn't go through it, you would need x-ray vision of some sort.

Male Elf Barbarian,

Do we have a map for this?

Male Elf Barbarian,

Well if the lava is like real lava Eloron will charge the dragon head on if not see below
