Supposing somebody makes their save, what happens to them?

You can't cast that spell with shadow conjuration. "Shadow conjuration can mimic any sorcerer or wizard conjuration (summoning) or conjuration (creation) spell of 3rd level or lower."

And teleport is a "conjuration (teleportation)" spell, which isn't covered.
