I have a very nice Dhampir Skald here, you see, whose lack of the Jack of All Trades feature from his class's normal progression causes him to miss eligibility for the Dirge Bard Archetype [by that much. Given that there's feats like Unsanctioned Knowledge for Paladins and all kinds of other spell-list-bending stuff for various classes, I was wondering what there is for Skalds - well, of course there's Spell Kenning (overlooked that silly thing for a second), but I was thinking more in the way of feats, or even items (though I like that option less), that could potentially add the inflict wounds line to his spell list?
So, you are looking for a way around investing in UMD and taking a wand, then? This seems like an obvious solution, so I just want to make sure that you are seeking an alternative.

That is an obvious option, yes (and if a class gets Use Magic Device as a class skill, I inevitably invest in it regardless), but I'm just fishing in the event there's a way I can access the spell without having to make my way past a slightly risky skill check every time (to say nothing of getting better than minimum caster level).

Except it applies only to channeled energy. Cure X Wounds spells would still very much harm you.
And you are not channeling energy yourself, so you have no guarantee that this form of healing will be available to you. Oh well.
