You need to wait until after issue 108 has shipped (likely to be in July, but occasionally the schedule is disrupted).

Steve is correct. Subscriptions can be started with either the current book or the next upcoming one. Adventure Path 109 will be coming out in August so to begin with that volume you will want to start a subscription anytime after Adventure Path 108 releases in July.
