Rules Questions

Other than the hand magic item and the meridian belt is there a feat that allows a character to wear more than one magical ring on each finger and gain the benefits of each ring? Perhaps a prestige class?

Shadow Lodge

You cannot even benefit from more than one ring on each hand, let alone each finger.

Yep, two rings. One on the right hand, one on the left hand. You found a couple items that let you wear more, but I don't know of any features (feats, class features, etc.) that let you wear more.

I wouldn't even let a monkey wear a third ring on his tail.

I might consider house rules to allow people to learn feats to do this, because at least then the extra power they get (more than two rings) comes at a cost (they could have taken other useful feats instead).

Also don't forget that they could, by RAW, enchant a single ring with as many powers as they want. It just costs extra. So if you want a Ring of Regeneration/Protection/Blinking/Invisibility/Sustenance/Spell Turning/Wizardry, go ahead and make one one. It's pretty expensive, but doable by RAW.

Grand Lodge

Back in 3.5 it was an EPIC ability, so maybe a Mythic power?

Shadow Lodge

3.0 Epic had a feat "Extra Magic Item Slot" you could use if you're not playing PFS. Alternatively (and also I think not PFS legal), you could pay the upgrade cost to make the ring not take up a body slot.

Dare I ask where you would wear it then?

Nay, I daresn't. I daresn't.

Since the first 5 replies that came to mind would get me banned for life from the community, I'll just say that you would wear it on the same hand/finger as your other rings since you paid the price to have them not interfere with each other. ;)

Other than three specific magic items (hand of glory, meridian belt, and ten-ring sword) or paying the increased price to make the ring a non-slot item, I don't believe there is a Pathfinder-legal way to "wear" more than two rings at a time (3rd party material might, though); actually, a meridian belt doesn't even let you benefit from more than two rings at the same time (you just switch between which two are "active" as a swift action). You could also pay the increased price to combine multiple abilities into one ring (which is actually cheaper than making a ring into a slotless item).

There is a 3.X feat from Eberron called Extra Rings. Gives you two slots.

If the creature has extra hands and arms, they can have active one ring per hand. While this is something I will build into my leveled mutations, I will be checking the bestiary. As a GM I always gave Mariliths the extra magic rings.

While I can't remember the source, I'm pretty sure this isn't true. You are pretty much limited to two rings, beyond the stated items or non paizo material.

What about that thing where you tattoo items into your slots?

Mutations are currently just homebrew. Pazio is now coming out with their own rituals, and they may detail the Manna Wastes at some point.

It's RAI that if the rules don't say yes or no it's up to the GM.

That would be Inscribe Magical Tattoo:

SRD wrote:
Magic tattoos must be placed on a part of the body normally able to hold a magic item slot, but they do not count against or interfere with magic items worn on those slots. A single slot can only hold one magical tattoo (non-magical tattoos and tattoos acquired from the tattooed sorcerer archetype do not count against this limit). Tattoos may be inscribed on the following slots: belt, body, chest, feet, hands, head, neck, shoulder, ring (up to two), or wrist. They cannot be inscribed on armor, eye, headband, or shield slots.

However...

EDIT: Watch out for Transfer Tattoo, as the tattoo could be stolen. By a 1st level caster, no less.
