From the list of stuff that results in Burn for a Kineticist, are these correct in terms of reducing burn?:
Gather Power/Supercharge - Single Substance/Form Infusion
Infusion Specialization - Overall Substance/Form Infusion Total, excluding Composite Blast and Metakinesis
Composite Specialization - Composite Blast
Metakinetic Master - Metakinesis
So using an example, an 19th Level Kinetisist that uses an Empowered Composite Force Blast with the Disintegrating Substance Infusion and Extreme Range Form Infusion would initially cost:
1 - Empower Metakinesis
2 - Force Composite Blast
4 - Disintegrating Subtance Infusion
2 - Extreme Range Form Infusion
9 - Total Initial Burn Cost
Now if they used a move action to Gather Power, and then shoot the blast, the reduction will be:
1 - Metakinetic Master
1 - Composite Specialization
2 - Supercharge for Extreme Range
5 - Infusion Specialization for both Extreme Range and Disintegrating
This will result in:
0 - Empower Metakinesis
1 - Force Composite Blast
0 - Disintegrating Subtance Infusion
0 - Extreme Range Form Infusion
1 - Total Resulting Burn Cost after Redution
Is this correct?
As a side question, Composite Specialization says that "This can't reduce the cost of a composite blast below 0 points." Is there any way to reduce a composite blast to 0 burn other than Internal Buffer? I am uncertain if Gather Power can reduce it, since it states it has to be a Blast Wild Talent, which a Composite Blast is not.

Empower +1 and -1 Metakinetic Master (empower) (= 0 burn)
PLUS Force Composite +2 and -1 Composite Specialization (= 1 burn)
PLUS Disintegrating Substance +4, Extreme Range Form +2 and -5 Infusion Specialization (= 1 burn)
= 2 burn for the whole modified blast
Supercharge -2
= 0 burn after a move action to supercharge.
Looks like the key thing was you're applying supercharge to only an infusion? It should apply to the total modifed cost of the blast. Apply the gather power/supercharge reduction last.
Composite specialization can reduce burn cost to 0 with no issues.
Gather Power and supercharge work fine on composite blasts because they're blast wild talents. They don't specify simple or composite blast wild talents.
Remember to add up all the the form and substance infusion costs together before applying infusion specialization.

On page 15, it says that the blast wild talents are comprised of simple and composite blasts (or however the editors' exact wording goes; it's just above simple blasts), so gather power works just fine. Remember that metakinesis and infusions add to the blast's cost, so you can just add them in and then reduce them off. In your example, Infusion specialization 5 takes care of 5/6 of the infusions on its own, and supercharge handles the remaining 1 burn from infusions and 1 burn from composite (reduced by composite specialization), so you can do it all for no burn!
EDIT: Protoman is completely correct.

Ok, I was confused on if a Kinetic/Composite Blast were Wild Talents. Thanks for helping out.
Edit: The confusion was on on the text, since it just states (before the Simple Blasts text):
Kinetic Blasts comprise simple and Composite Blasts
Had to double-check on pg 11 under Kinetic Blasts that it was an actual Wild Talent.

I just want to clarify that nothing reduces the burn cost of Utility Talents, correct? Because otherwise Kinetic Healer would be infinite healing.

So using a level 13 Kineticist, a Maximized Disintegrating Force Blast as a move action with the following would be:
2 - Composite Force Blast
2 - Maximize Metakinesis
4 - Disintegrating Infusion
-3 - Infusion Specialization
5 - Base Total Burn
-2 - Supercharged Gather Power
3 - Final Total Burn as a Move Action
As for the damage, it would be (With a CON of 20)
(7x6) + (CON/2) - Base
8 - Elemental Overflow
42 + 8 + 2 = 52 Damage Total (104 on Failed save, 26 on passed save)
Is this all correct?

I was just considering the options. =)
Edit:
Just tossing out numbers now to confirm my calculations:
Level 11 Aether/Other Kineticist
Aetheric Boost Telekinetic Blast with Snake
Deadly Aim, Max Elemental Overflow
2 - Composite Aetheric Boost Telekinetic Blast
2 - Snake Infusion
-2 - Infusion Specialization
2 - Base Total Burn
-2 - Supercharged Gather Power
0 - Final Total Burn as a Move Action
Damage (CON 20 + 4 Elemental Overflow):
6d6+6+CON - Base
6 - Deadly Aim
6 - Elemental Overflow
6 - Aetheric Boost
6d6 + 31
21 + 31 = (52) x1.5 = 78 Damage
