I've been browsing the playtest document to figure out what to try, and a noticed a distinct lack of a bardic performance ability for any specialization. I would think it would lend well to the avenger or the zealot (who seems in distinct need of better talents), being the Captain America/Optimus Prime style leader of a group (Nice identity for the zealot, actually).
Also kinda ruined my character idea of playing an elven vigilante who was born the daughter of a famous singer. She would have wanted to be a performer like her dad from a young age, but her dad forced her to take a stage name so that she could live a normal life without being burdened by fame.
The VMC Bard might be a possible solution. And when UI comes out, I wouldn't be surprised to see an archetype with performance.
