1. Hi I wonder if armor check penalty applies to skills which have had their skill modifier exchanged to another?
For example wand adept of counterfeit mage lets one use dex insteed of cha for umd does the acp then applies to umd?
2. Also what about the opposite that is str or dex skills which have been exchanged for other modifier does they evade the acp?
For example Ceaseless Observation of Empiricist who uses int insteed of dex for disable device does the acp then not apply to disable device?
"An armor check penalty applies to all Dex- and Strength-based skill checks."
I think it is no for 1 and 2 but I am not sure thats why im seeking clarity.
