The first level of Thornkeep and of The Emerald Spire are PFS-sanctioned Tier 1-2 adventures.
Personally I wouldn't recommend either of them for first-time players. Both contain encounters that are much harder than their CR suggests, especially if you are playing a character with only the beginning gold to spend on equipment. In fact I'm not a great fan of playing either of them in regular PFS mode - there's a whole lot of background material that you'll miss.

Any PFS legal Tier 1-2 Module is replayable as it states in the Guide to Pathfinder Society Organized Play (I would highly recommend reading it if you play PFS) pg 20 & 30.
All Tier 1 scenarios and Tier 1–2 sanctioned modules are available for unlimited replay with a 1st-level character for credit. The sanctioned modules may also be played with a 2nd-level character once for credit. GMs may receive another Chronicle sheet each time they run one of the Tier 1 scenarios or Tier 1–2 sanctioned modules, but may only apply a Chronicle sheet to one 2nd-level character per adventure.
A player may only play a Tier 1–2 module or sanctioned Adventure Path content for credit once with a 2nd-level character, but may use additional 1st-level characters to replay the same content for credit.
Currently that includes the following:
Crypt of the Everflame
Master of the Fallen Fortress
Murder’s Mark
The Emerald Spire Superdungeon - Level 1
Pathfinder Online: Thornkeep - The Accursed Halls Chapter
The Godsmouth Heresey
We Be Goblins!
As it states on Page 30 that also includes the sanction content of the following Adventure Paths:
Reign of Winter - The Snows of Summer (Book 1)
Mummy's Mask - The Half-Dead City (Book 1)

I believe the other quests, Ambush in Absalom and Fane of Fangs are also replayable. They don't grant XP, Prestige, or GP, but they have some nice boons/items available.
Edit: also Urge to Evolve from Kobold Quarterly #23.
Here is the text from the sidebar of that publication:
Pathfinder Society Quests
Pathfinder Society Quests are short adventures consisting of one or two encounters and are designed for use in Paizo Publishing’s Pathfinder Society Organized Play campaign. Legal Pathfinder Society PCs may receive a Chronicle sheet for completing a Quest as many times as they complete it, and GMs may likewise apply a Chronicle sheet to any of their level-appropriate characters when running a Quest session. You can find the Chronicle sheet for “The Urge to Evolve” on paizo.com or koboldquarterly.com.

I’m writing this as someone with 20+ characters at this point, including a few un-played GM blobs. Running out of low level content is an issue that several players in our area are having. In light of this, I’m making a short guide to re-playable scenarios and modules. It’s very easy, but likely repetitive, to get characters to level 2.2 with these re-playable scenarios/modules.
1 XP each:
#5-09 - The Confirmation (1-2)
#6-10 - The Wounded Wisp (1-2)
First Steps Part 1: In Service to Lore (1)
PF Quests: The Silverhex Chronicles (1, Pregen Only)
Master of the Fallen Fortress (1) [1PP]
We Be Goblins! (1) [1PP]
3 XP Modules:
Crypt of the Everflame (1-2)
The Godsmouth Heresy (1-2)
Murder’s Mark (1-2)
Thornkeep: The Accursed Halls (1-2)
Emerald Spire: The Tower Ruins (1-2)
3 XP Adventure Paths:
AP67 (Reign of Winter) – The Snows of Summer (1-2)
AP79 (Mummy’s Mask) – The Half-Dead City (1-2)
“In Service to Lore”, “Silverhex Chronicles”, “Wounded Wisp”, and “The Confirmation” all allow for 2PP each, while “Master of the Fallen Fortress” and “We Be Goblins!” are Free RPG Day modules which only allow for 1PP. With this method, you’ll likely want the boons available from Confirmation and Wisp, followed by a level one module of your choice. So, you could start at level 2.2 with 6-8 PP depending on how you do this. This means that you’ll only need a single 1-5 game before being able to play in 3-7s.

I played through all of Silverhex at Convergence this year as Lem the Bard. I had great fun with it. I played alongside a group of teen girls for whom I normally GM a homebrew non-Pathfinder game. It was their first Pathfinder game ever, and served as a great introduction to the system for them. They had a blast, and I had fun making Lem say cheery things and making up songs on the spot.
When we were all grappled by an angry mob, I channeled MC Hammer and sang "Can't touch this! Can't touch this! Lem-mer time!" which broke everyone, including the GM.
We Be Goblins is hands down my favorite of the replayables, but that depends on the nuttiness of the group you play with. Our group was INSANE which made it awesome.
