I'm building an Aasimar Oracle, we're in the Mummy's Mask campaign and I would like to know if enemies provoke attacks of opportunity when I use channel force on them.
The starting feat states that I can channel force against a single enemy and if the enemy fails the save I can push/pull the enemy 5ft per 2d6 of my channeled energy.
Say this is the battlefield;
[_][_][_][_][_]
[_][_][_][F][_]
[_][_][E][_][_]
[_][_][_][_][_]
[_][_][O][_][_]
If I [O], the Oracle, use Channel Force on [E], the Enemy, and push it 5 feet forward;
[_][_][_][_][_]
[_][_][E][F][_]
[_][_][_][_][_]
[_][_][_][_][_]
[_][_][O][_][_]
would [F], the Fighter, get an AoO on [E] for being pushed through threatened squares?

No.
Threatened Squares:
"You threaten all squares into which you can make a melee attack, even when it is not your turn. Generally, that means everything in all squares adjacent to your space (including diagonally). An enemy that takes certain actions while in a threatened square provokes an attack of opportunity from you. If you're unarmed, you don't normally threaten any squares and thus can't make attacks of opportunity." (emphasis mine)
Enemies need to take actions to provoke opportunity attacks. Feats like Greater Trip and the like are special exceptions to this general rule.

No. That's why the Channel Force feats are 'meh'. You can use it, indirectly, to provoke AoOs, but only if your entire team is on board. Your team waits for foes to move in an provoke AoOs, then you selectively channel to force foes away, then they wait for foes to approach. If even one team member doesn't cooperate, though, this will fail.

Alright, thanks for the clarification, because it didn't say anything about AoO or lack there of. And the only thing I could think of that was close to this is Telekinesis and it doesn't provoke AoO.
Are there any abilities/spells that would force enemies to provoke AoO, considering I'm only lvl 6, almost 7.

In general, you only provoke for things you yourself do. An ability needs to say it makes someone provoke, rather than saying it doesn't.
In addition to what mplindustries has listed, there's also the possibility of Unnatural Lust, Reckless Infatuation, or Unadulterated Loathing causing AoOs through movement.

In order to use Channel Force versus living things, rather than undead, you must channel negative energy. Note that Versatile Channel might be an option.

Command. Get on the other side of the enemy and Command them to move away from you. A caster used it in my campaign to manage six AoOs on the barbarian, causing a pretty nasty PC dead. Still feel a little bit bad about that.
