Help with a cleric / Hellknight Signifer

Hello. So I am joining an anti-hero game from which I will be playing a LE Cleric of Adabar who, as agreed with the DM, will end up becoming a Hellknight Signifer. Basic Idea is to go lvl 8 cleric before going signifer. using Nobility Domain, and Starting a cult by the Leadership feat. Have built the cult based on DM's preferences.

Two questions-

1) How would I be able to do this and still play the cleric of Adabar without losing any of my powers?

2) What is the best choice for a second Domain?

Abadar wants to spread civilization to the world, and there is an order of hellknights that venerate abadar, among others. He isn't really an underground cult style of worship though, you would want to be very public and open about enforcing order in the world.

I think it would be fine, basically. Grab a longspear and go reach cleric, cast buff spells and stuff, and go to town

I think the main problem is killing a devil while a hellknight watches, that is pretty annoying. I don't know of any 8 hit die devils, but here is a 9 hit die, cr 7 one
