Do Multiple Sneaky Weapons Allow Extra Uses?

Rules Questions

Assuming you're a two-weapon rogue or slayer, does having a pair of Sneaky weapons (ability from the ACG) permit you to use Hunter's Surprise a 3rd time per day?

In case anyone is unfamiliar with Sneaky

Sneaky:
This special ability can be placed only on a melee weapon. Once per day as a free action, the wielder of a sneaky weapon can designate a single foe within his melee reach as his prey. If the wielder has the sneak attack class feature, he adds his sneak attack damage to the next attack he makes against his prey, even if the wielder is not flanking and the target is not denied its Dexterity bonus to AC, as long as that attack is made before the end of the wielder's next turn. If the wielder is a rogue or slayer with the hunter's surprise talent, he can use that talent one additional time per day.

Mechanically, Sure. As a GM in this hypothetical situation, if I see this becoming too much of an issue, bear in mind the idea that "If the PCs do it, so can the NPCs"

Otherwise I don't see anything wrong with it.

Mechanically there is no reason why it isn't allowed.

However, bear in mind that with only 2 weapons you would only get it 3 times per day. With more weapons you could get it more times. But each weapon has to be a +1 weapon and then you add the 5000 for Sneaky.

This cuts into your welath to enhance any weapon to be your main weapon. This causes your attack roll oto suffer. And while you're allowed to add sneak attack damage, you must still hit to actually apply it. Keep in mind to actually benefit, you would need to have that weapon in hand that has a remaining use. You would also need quick draw to draw the weapon as a free action (assuming you don't move) so you can use it and get a full attack. Also requiring you to drop your other weapon on the ground, which leaves it open to theft or destruction.

I doubt this would become abusive.

Sovereign Court

Probably yes. But there would be a RAW argument that while each additional sneaky weapon can be used once per day in the first way (One attack per day of sneak attack), that the 2nd way (extra uses of hunter's surprise) maxes out at once per day. I don't think that was the intent, but there's still an argument.

It could potentially get a bit crazy at level 18-20 when an extra 7300 isn't much gold. Just keep quickdrawing new offhand weapons while you flurry with your main hand or some such.

Yeah, again, I'm not worried about it. Its not like its a secret 10000 gp "I win" button. It lets you do something potentially well in certain situations, sure you can alphastrikenuke a boss, but ...was that _really_ the boss? Many ways to keep this in game, let the player feel they didn't waste money, but also make the game not a total cakewalk because of the enchantment.

Scarab Sages

It's throwing money at an otherwise worthless 1/day rogue talent. There are much cheaper ways to be able to sneak attack at will.

How do you sneak attack at will Imbicatus?

I plan to play a TWF Thief in the next campaign so that would come in handy.

Scarab Sages

1: Be a Scout with unarmed strikes and pummeling style.
2: Improved Invisibility from a ninja.
3: Ifrit or something else with firesight + Smokesticks
4: Goz Mask + Obscuring mist.
5: Improved Disarm + Catch off Guard or Humble Beginnings using improvised weapons
6: Two Weapon Feint
