Trying this in a new thread as no response in the October 2014 shipment thread.
Any idea when the example shipments are going to be back up? As a UK subscriber, shipping costs are difficult to predict so I use the subscriptions page to get a rough estimate of how much the month's shipment is going to cost and without it I'm a bit stuck.

I don't agree. This is a customer service issue for me as this is the only way I know how much my monthly shipments are costing before shipment and it is a service I have had (and relied on) since I first started subscribing.
In any event, could someone please advise when this service might be resumed please?

Hey Medriev!
I'm currently doing some testing related to subscription shipments and I'll see if I can quote your shipping rate for you a bit later today once the system gets to your order. I don't have an accurate estimate for when we'll have the feature back up and running on the My Subscriptions page.

Thanks both. Appreciate the quick responses both on the boards and by e-mail.
It's really a credit to you guys that in the 7 years plus I have been a customer this is the first time that I can ever recall raising a service issue.
Btw Erik - I've e-mailed you back as think the costs you quoted don't take account of my not receiving Monster Codex as I cancelled my RPG subscription yesterday. Assume the system will kick out a re-calc at some point.
Thanks again.

Appreciate the estimate (and revised one) sent by e-mail but is there an ETA on the example shipments being back up and running? It's really my go to page to check what I'm getting in future months and how much it's going to cost me meaning I'm a bit lost without it.
Any ETA, however vague, would be appreciated.
Thanks

Until they get it fixed, you can try what I do.
Check the Product Schedule for items you have a subscription for. i.e. Maps, APs, etc.
Go back through your order history to find either a similar order (ideally) or just check what you were charged for each item then add them up. I know it's a few extra steps, but it does at least give me some idea on what my shipments are going to coast.

Thanks for the tip. Not having the example shipments isn't a disaster but as the shipping costs are unpredictable (though very reasonable) for shipping to the UK that's the main thing I check.
Plus I enjoy looking in one place at future months in anticipation of all the subscription goodness coming my way.
Not a big deal but would be good to know when we can expect it back up.

Hey Medriev,
We work on a queued system (called Kanban if you're a dev geek :), so I don't always know when a particular item is going to be worked on until it works itself higher in the queue. So if I'm not responding on a particular issue other than to say it's been recorded, it's because I don't feel I can give you reliable information as to when it may rise to be worked on.
As it so happens this issue has made it into our current queue and is scheduled for work. Hopefully for next months release, but there are variables that could impact that, so we'll leave it at hopeful for now.

Thanks for the response Cort. A bit disappointed that there isn't anything more definite given this is a service that used to be provided and now isn't.
I do rely on the page to check how much my shipments are going to cost so I can budget for them. I can't realistically sustain my subscriptions if they cost an unknown amount (particularly as my latest shipment has incurred a customs charge of £13/$20 for some reason - which I know btw isn't down to Paizo). Is there any way this can be bumped up the queue? Would an e-mail to Customer Service help?

I've been wondering about this as well and I'm considering dropping some subscriptions because I can't easily see how much they'll cost me before they ship each month.
When I can easily see my total, I generally make sure I'm spending enough ($100 or more) to get $10 off shipping. Without seeing my estimated total, I wind up not spending that extra money.

Hey everyone!
We were able to get it back up and running with our most recent roll. You should now be able to see your estimates again on your My Subscriptions page. Folks with RPG subscriptions may be shown as having a Strategy Guide shipping in February even if they don't have it preordered. We're working to address this.

Are ther plans to have our shipment total $$$ like the page used to?
I'd actually like to ask this as well. Currently, all i have is the expected shipping - which also looks really wonky based on previous shipments.

Whoop, sorry I didn't see your post sooner Chavamana (Thanks Sara!), I've shot you an email with your January estimate. :)
Thank you! Hope the system comes fully back online so you don't need to do this :)

Sorry, That is just the shipping fee total it used to state the Full totals (Items plus shipping) that is what I believe everyone was speaking about above.

So I'm looking at my "Upcoming Subscription Shipment" and all the products are there including the non-subscription items I've added, but the shipping and handling estimate has not updated and I don't have total for the items purchased. Eric Keith took care of the total for me in an e-mail. The ongoing question; is it the works to get the "My Subscriptions" page to keep a running total $$$ for all the products and shipping like the page used too?
We hope so!!

I'm guessing no one's working to fix this since we haven't heard anything in months.
Got burned by this situation with my March subscriptions as shown below:
Subtotal (4 items) $97.46
Shipping & Handling $18.69
Order Total $116.15
Wish I'd noticed that by adding a few more dollars to my March order, I could have saved $10.
I've already cancelled some subs because of this and will likely cancel more in the near future. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but this is frustrating and seems like a relatively easy fix. If the subscription page can list the items in my upcoming shipments, it should also be able to list my estimated total for those shipments.

Your March subscription hasn't shipped yet, so you might still be able to add something to you order. If you do, I'd contact customer service after you buy it to make sure it can get in your order.
