So, the aberrant bloodrager qualified for the tumor familiar feat. You can take the valet familiar, amplified rage and levels in skald. You use raging song.
1) Does the Familiar qualify for amplified rage? He is not a half orc but does he still get the feat?
2) Would raging song activate amplified rage for the two? Why or why not?
Regards!

1) is a tricky question. Unlike the Hunter and Cavalier abilities that grant teamwork feats, the Valet does not have an explicit exemption from prerequisites. Doing the "implied exception principle" common sense test, we find that an ability that requires the familiar to meet prerequisites makes sense; there are plenty of teamwork feats a familiar could qualify for.
However, looking closely at the Valet, we see that it "counts as" having those feats. Not in any way conclusive, but an interesting choice of language. We also see that it is "treated as if it possessed" Cooperative Crafting and Iem Creation feats; these do not come with an explicit exemption from prerequisites either, but the implied exception test tells us they must be exempt, because the familiar can never qualify under any remotely normal circumstances.
This tells us that the Teammate ability should be interpreted as an exemption from prerequisites. This is not RAI over RAW, this is RAI guiding interpretation of unclear RAW.
TL;DR: Valet Familiar does not need prereqs to use teammate ability.
2) If you and your familiar both Rage, Amplified Rage will work. Blood Rage is Rage, no issue there. Raging Song, however....AFAICT, it's very similar to Rage, but not actually Rage. It's unclear, and I think it's not supposed to work.
What will work though is the Sympathetic Rage feat.
