This was my order for Skulls & Shackles Base game & the Character Addon .

I realize that the Character Addon cards will be arriving later. However, I was under the impression that the Skulls & Shackles base game was playable without it. Mine is not and I believe it is missing cards.

In the base game, I received seven token character cards, one for each character. These are the cards with the description. I did not receive any character cards to list the characters skills.

For example, on page 4 of the rulebook, there is a card that shows Lem and lists what cards he starts with (and the boxes for the updates). I did not receive any cards like this for any of the seven characters I received with the base set. Additionally, I did not receive any role cards for any of the seven token character cards I received (like on page 21 of the rules).

I do not know if these cards were part of a packet together or not and hence might be indicating that a whole packet of cards missing.

I am looking for a card list for the base set to determine if any other cards are missing. If you can point me to a complete card list or send me one I would be most appreciative.

Hey Fendy. I'm sure customer service will be by eventually to help you. But in the meantime, there is a "fan" complied cards list here:

That isn't official of course, so if you find yours don't match that count, don't assume it necessarily means yours is wrong.

It sounds like your box is missing one of the bundles. There should have been 5 of them. The 3 largest were about the same size. The fourth was about half the size of the other 3, and the smallest one contained only the character cards, role cards, and the Fleet/Plunder card. The token cards were in one of the other bundles.

I'm sure Paizo will get the corrected for you (they are generally awesome at fixing problems) but they are a little backed up at the moment and I wanted to give you what info I could. While you wait, you can use the community use character sheets to get started if you want. Hope it all gets sorted out for you soon.

I'm sorry to hear that you're missing some cards! I will go ahead and get replacements for those sent out to you as quickly as possible. Would you like me to wait until you have consulted the list of cards to make sure that you are not missing any more, or would you rather I get the Character replacements on their way?

Hi. I do not have any fleet cards either so I believe I am missing one of the bundles in the box.

I will go through the card list tomorrow and see if I can determine all the cards which are missing.

Have they? At the moment, there is no indication the files have been updated (they are still marked with a "Date Download Last Updated" of Aug, 20). Last time I checked, there were no quantity listed for any of the cards.

I believe I have received the missing character and role cards. What is the status for the other cards I am currently missing?

Would it be easier to return my base set and have another one shipped out instead?

I think I may be missing the Plunder / Fleet cards. I am checking on this.

You are not wrong. And you'll see a few posts below that Sharaya realizes she missed that.

Further up I posted a link to a file on Board Game Geek that has a card list, which seems to be the correct count. Mine matched it anyway.

So does mine - I just got through checking it. I posted that in the thread I started - because I am missing the character and role cards and the fleet card. Hopefully Sharaya or someone will notice it soon. :-)

Just trying to sort out where this is at this point. It looks like Katina has set up a replacement for the Character/Fleet/Plunder cards (will double check with her on the status of that as soon as I am able). Which would mean that you are still missing the rest of the list you posted?

I double checked what I was sent and I did receive the seven missing character cards and seven missing role cards.

I also received two copies of the same fleet card (these are the only fleet cards I have). I haven't been able to tell from the card lists how many fleet cards there are supposed to be, what they are called, or the card counts for them.

There is only 1 fleet card. It had the plunder table on the reverse side. Sounds like you got an extra one.
