Chronicle Sheets - how long should it take?

Pathfinder Society

I understand that it's the holiday season and all, but I played a 1st level adventure 8 days ago, and still have not received the chronicle sheet for it. I'd really like to play that character again, so what is a realistic length of time to expect to receive one?

I emailed the GM the requested information right after the game, then a couple days ago to make sure she received it. I tried again today, re-sending the information and asking if there is any other info she needed from me. I've yet to receive even a response to any of the emails. I've not been critical in the emails, but I feel like 8 days is too long to wait.

Any suggestions?

Are we talking about an online game?

There is a very strong possibility that due to holidays she may away visiting family or friends.

Yes, an online game. Thing is, I know someone else that played in the game, and he received his within a couple days.

While you wait, be sure to check your spam folder. Sometimes those emails get sent there for one reason or another.

Also, I would ask the other person who did get their sheet if it was sent as an attachment or a link. Sometimes GM's send out individual emails with one person's chronicle sheet. Other times they send all the sheets to everyone in one mini-mass-email. Still others will put a link to a dropbox file or something. If it's either of the last two, ask the other person to send it over.

Sadly, with the advent of the new year upon us, it may be another few days before the GM pops on again. (Did you sign up from Warhorn? These forums? The Pathfinder Society Online Collective? Some other group?)

Thanks for the responses. I did check my spam folder...I suppose just for informational purposes I could look at the other player's for now while I wait for a response...which really is the problem, I'd just like a response saying she has my info and will get it out as soon as possible.

If I recall correctly, I signed up via warhorn, and as far as I know, the GM sent the sheet individually as an attachment to the other player.

If someone else has gotten a chronicle and you haven't, chances are good that the other GM has either sent it, or thought that they sent it. Re-send your info to the GM and politely ask if they had sent chronicles out yet. I know personally that I've sent a chronicle to a group of players, and either accidentally skipped over a player or forgot to hit the send button.

If I take too long to send a chronicle to someone, I've likely forgotten or lost their details and would prefer if they harassed me over email/skype/IRC/whatever to remind me. Moreso if I'm being lazy.

Generally the rule for online play is that you should have it within 24 hours, but if the GM does it after the game, you should have it within an hour.
